SPECIFIC GRANTS IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION FOR AMPAS AND OTHER ASSOCIATIONS AND/OR EDUCATIONAL ENTITIES FOR THE YEAR 2024

Official description of the call

The Local Government Board in a session held on April 16, 2024, has approved in point 9.2 the call for competitive bidding subsidies in Education. ? First. Beneficiaries: Legal entities legally constituted and with headquarters or delegation in the town of Olesa de Montserrat, which are duly registered in the corresponding public and official registries and in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the City Council of Olesa de Montserrat, may request subsidies for the activities of the subject specified in section 1 of the Specific Regulatory Bases on Education (hereinafter Bases), at the time of submitting their application and the natural persons who must carry out the activity that bases its granting, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS); They must meet certain requirements. ? Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call, in accordance with the regulatory BASES, is the granting of subsidies by the City Council of Olesa de Montserrat to associations of parents of schools (AMPAS) and other associations and/or educational entities for the financing of non-profit educational activities and to individuals who meet the requirements established therein, with the purpose of promoting services and activities in Education corresponding to the area of ​​Personal Services? Third. Regulatory Bases: The Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime in the field of Education for associations of parents of schools (AMPAS) and other associations and/or educational entities for the financing of educational activities, approved by the Local Government Board in a session dated March 14, 2023 and published in BOPB no. CVE 202310063348 as of April 4, 2023? Room. Amount: The maximum budget that will be allocated to this year 2024 for the granting of subsidies in the field of Education of this call will be €7,000.00 and will be charged to the budget application 52 3200 48950 EDUCATION AND CHILDHOOD - OTHER TRANSFERS of the 2024 budget. ? Fifth. Competent Body for Instruction and Resolution of the Procedure: The competent body for the investigation of the file is the Education and Childhood of the Personal Services Area, which will request as many reports as it deems necessary in accordance with article 24 of Law 38/2003, of November 14, General Subsidies. The competent body to resolve is the Local Government Board, according to Decree 000023 of 01/10/2020? Sixth. Objective criteria for granting the subsidy: Subsidies will be awarded to those applicants who obtain the best evaluation once the objective criteria determined in the regulatory bases have been applied. For the evaluation of project applications, only applications that follow the objective criteria, applied in accordance with the criteria of section 11 of the modified regulatory bases, will be taken into account. ? Seventh. Deadline and form for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call by the National Subsidies Database in the corresponding official journal (BOP Barcelona). Applications must be submitted using the standardized models provided by the City Council, in accordance with what the rules dictate. ? Eighth. Execution period: The execution period of the projects will be from January 1 to December 31 of the year of the call. ? Ninth. Deadline and form of justification: The justification period will end on January 31 of the year following the year of the call. The justifications must be presented using the standardized models provided by the City Council, according to what the bases dictate. ? Tenth. Other mandatory information: You must comply with everything provided in the Bases that regulate this call for subsidies, and in accordance with the General Subsidies Ordinance of the City Council of Olesa de Montserrat, approved in the Plenary Session of this Corporation on October 24, 2019 and definitively published in the BOP of Barcelona on January 31, 2020.
