CALL FOR GRANTS FOR THE 3rd MARINA TORRES AWARDS FOR BACHILLERATO RESEARCH WORKS SANT VICENÇ DE CASTELLET 1.- Indication of the approval of the Specific Regulatory Bases and official journal where they have been published By the Plenary agreement dated October 27, 2021 and December 29, 2021, the Bases were approved Specific Regulators for the granting of prizes as a result of competitions organized by the Sant Vicenç de Castellet City Council. These Specific Regulatory Bases were published in the Bulletin of the Province of Barcelona No. CVE 20221002179 dated January 14, 2022. 2.- Maximum total amount of subsidies to be granted and budget allocation. The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2024 for the granting of the subsidies subject to this call will be €1,000 and will be the responsibility of the application and for the following maximum amount: 17 326 489111 Subsidies for the 3rd MARINA TORRES AWARDS €1,000 Subsidies for an amount greater than the mentioned may not be awarded. 3.- Object, conditions, purpose of the subsidies and eligible concepts The purpose of this call is to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting and collection of subsidies awarded by the Sant Vicenç de Castellet City Council for the purpose of recognizing high school research work submitted to the 3rd Marina Torres Awards for Sant Vicenç de Castellet High School Research Work 2024, in all that not foreseen Specific Regulatory Bases for the granting of prizes as a result of competitions organized by the Sant Vicenç de Castellet City Council. The concepts to be subsidized are: - Winning prize in general themes. €300 - Finalist in general theme. €150 - Winning prize on a local theme. €400 - Finalist in general theme. €150 4.- Concession procedure The procedure for granting the subsidies provided for in these bases will be that of competitive public competition, through public tender, in accordance with that provided in article 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 5.- Requirements for the application and how to accredit them 1.- Physicists who have to carry out the high school research work that bases their granting may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, as long as they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained on art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS), and meet the following conditions: ? Legally constituted natural persons who meet the requirements detailed below: - Students from Sant Vicenç de Castellet who are in high school and students who are in high school at the Castellet Institute and have carried out the corresponding research work in the 2023-2024 academic year are eligible for the subsidies that are the subject of this call. 2.- The concurrence of these requirements will be accredited at the time of submitting the application, by presenting the documents indicated in the following article. 6.- Documents to formalize the request a. Generic request requesting participation in the MARINA TORRES awards indicating: Full name of the students. DNI identification. Job name. Educational Center. Local or general theme. b. Work in PDF format and without authorship name c. Responsible declaration for participation in the awards. ANNEX1 d. Request for registration or modification of bank details for the creditors of the Sant Vicenç de Castellet City Council of each of the participants in the work or certificate of bank ownership. ANNEX2 The aforementioned documentation will have to be presented in any of the co-official languages ​​of Catalonia, will be duly signed by the applicant and will be an original or a duly authenticated copy. The presentation of the application may be made by the educational center as a representative of the applicants. This will state: Name of the work, name of the students, ID of the students, name of the educational center and category where the work is presented. Regardless of generic registration, students will have to submit to the registry of the Sant Vicenç de Castellet City Council the documents referring to points C and D of section 6. 7.- Form deadline
