Official description of the call

1. Purpose of the subsidies The purpose of this call is to regulate the application and granting of financial aid to non-profit cultural entities and groups in the municipality of Azkoitia for the implementation of specific cultural activities, provided that they coincide with the objectives of the different programs of the culture area of ​​the Azkoitia City Council. Financial aid may be requested for any of the following sections: Specific cultural activities: these will be those activities that, due to their characteristics, could not have been previously planned or due to their specific nature, are carried out at a specific time in the period regulated by these bases. The consideration of punctuality will be carried out by the president of the Free Time Commission. 2. Amount of the subsidy For the granting of these subsidies, the following allocations will be approved: 1.3100.481.334.00.01 Subsidies to cultural associations €35,000 3. Requirements and deadlines to request the subsidies The following may qualify for this call: Legally constituted organizations, associations and groups. Individual people or groups of these who meet to carry out a specific cultural and free-time activity. The period to submit applications begins on the day following publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa and will last one month. These subsidies will be compatible with others that may be received, and must indicate whether a subsidy has been requested for the same activity from different institutions or organizations. 4. When and where to submit applications The application forms will be completed correctly and presented in any of the ways provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, through, among others, the online procedures section of the Azkoitia City Council website (https://azkoitia.eus/udala/tramiteak) or in the service citizen attention: Address: Herriko plaza z.g. 20720 AZKOITIA Monday to Friday: 7:30-15:30 Summer hours: From June 15 to September 15 (both included): 08:00-14:00 5. Documentation to present. Interested entities or persons will submit aid applications on the application form prepared by the city council, which will be provided to all interested persons both in the Citizen Service and on the municipal website (www.azkoitia.eus). 5.1. Documentation to submit: Application form duly completed and signed. A sworn statement stating, where applicable, the existence of other subsidy requests made to other departments, institutions, etc. and, where applicable, the subsidies received. Document issued by a banking or savings entity, certifying the ownership of a current account opened by the applicant (provided that it has not been delivered previously or that any change has occurred). 5.2. The applicant is informed that the Azkoitia City Council will verify the following requirements established in these bases, from the services of the data intermediation platform and other administrations. Applicants will have the option to object to this verification, in which case they must present the relevant documentation. Services that will be requested through the data intermediation platform: 1. General Directorate of the Police: - Consultation and verification of identity data of each of the people requesting help. 2. Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa and Provincial Treasury: - Check whether you are up to date with compliance with tax obligations. 3. General Treasury of Social Security: - Check whether you are up to date with compliance with Social Security obligations. Applications must be accompanied by the following documentation: a) Entities or groups requesting a subsidy for the first time: Certificate of being registered in the corresponding Registry of Associations or Entities of the Basque Government, as well as in the Municipal Registry of Associations Curriculum of the association: Activities carried out to date, objectives, personal and material means, etc. b)All entities or groups requesting subsidies for specific activities
