Official description of the call
First. Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies on a competitive basis with proration, in order to support the revitalization of the agricultural sector through measures to promote, compensate and revitalize the sector, and promote the care of the green heritage in the municipality of Calvià. Second. Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons and non-profit entities that meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries. Persons and entities in which any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not benefit from the aid provided for in this call. Third. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to promote the economic reactivation of agricultural and livestock activity in the municipality of Calvià, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands No. 62 of May 11, 2024. Fourth. Amount The budget allocation for this call is seventy-five thousand euros (€75,000.00) for the year 2024, charged to the municipal budget item 303 41400 4800000. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is twenty business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands.
