Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Local entities represented by local corporations that meet the following requirements: a) Be provincial or autonomous community capitals, or be island councils or councils, or municipalities that have a legal population equal to or greater than 100,000 inhabitants, according to the Municipal Register, on the date of publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette and b) Have drawn up a Drug or Addiction Plan in their territorial area, in force in the date of publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette. Those local corporations mentioned above, in which any of the causes of exclusion referred to in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not apply for this aid. Second. Purpose Call for financial aid, on a competitive basis, to local Spanish corporations, with the aim of promoting the implementation of programs for the prevention of drug use at the local level and the criminal activities associated with it, as well as the prevention of other addictions. Third. Regulatory Bases Order SSI/1061/2017, of October 31, published in the Official State Gazette of November 3, 2017, which establishes the regulatory bases of the calls for the granting of financial aid to local corporations for the development of drug addiction prevention programs, charged to the Fund for assets confiscated for illicit drug trafficking and other related crimes. Room. Amount The amount to finance this aid will be 4,200,000 euros, charged to credit 26.18.231-A.462, of the General State Budgets. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official State Gazette. The program for which a subsidy is requested must necessarily be submitted within said period. Sixth.
