Official description of the call

FIRST BASE. Object The main objective of this campaign is to promote small businesses in Almussafes, taking advantage of the celebration of San Joan and in order to encourage purchases in the period prior to the sales. The motto will be "Comboi de San Joan en el Comerç Local." The “Comboi de San Joan en el Comerç Local” campaign consists of a raffle of 70 exchangeable vouchers, one per winner, which can be used in any of the commercial establishments in Almussafes that join the initiative. THIRD. Amount of prizes. The prizes will be vouchers exchangeable in those businesses participating in the campaign. Prizes: - 20 prizes worth 100 euros - 20 prizes worth 75 euros - 30 prizes worth 50 euros FIFTH BASIS. Requirements All businesses with a permanent premises open to the public in the municipality of Almussafes may participate, free of charge, and if they do not require a permanent establishment to carry out their activity, they must have their tax domicile in the municipality of Almussafes. The business interested in participating will register from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP until June 14, 2024 through the web portal https://almussafes.comercioscomunitatvalenciana.com/ Providing the following documentation: Certificate of status in the census of economic activities of the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT). SIXTH BASE. Beneficiaries. Operation of the campaign and conditions of participation Natural persons over 18 years of age may participate in this campaign. Participating people must be previously registered on the portal https://almussafes.comercioscomunitatvalenciana.com/ starting the day after the publication of the call in the BOP and until June 24, 2024. Registered people will access the portal to download the QR Code that they will present in the store when making each purchase. (People who participated in the 2023 Trade Bonus campaign may use the same username and password) To participate in the prize draw it will be necessary to: Be in possession of the DNI/NIE. Accept the Rules of the call for the “Comboi de San Joan en el commerce local d’Almussafes” program. Accept the privacy policy in relation to the Personal Data Protection Law, which will include: The personal data collected will be processed for the purpose of processing the aid consisting of “Comboi de San Joan en el commerce local d'Almussafes”. Declaration that you are aware that the “Comboi de San Joan en el commerce local d'Almussafes” campaign has been financed by the Department through the call for CMDAFC subsidies to City Councils to carry out Consumer Promotion campaigns. All purchases made from June 7 to 24, 2024 in stores participating in the campaign will obtain a number to participate in the draw for each €5.00 purchase bracket (from €0.01 to €5.00 for 1 number, from €5.01 to €10.00 for 2 numbers, etc.) The draw will be held on June 26, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., in the plenary session of the City Council in streaming, through the platform enabled for the campaign.
