Official description of the call

SUMMARY Mayor's Resolution No. 49 dated May 23, 2024 by which Study grants for the year 2024 are announced through advance processing, through the competitive competition procedure. The identification code assigned by the BDNS to the call is 763117. First. Beneficiaries. The following will be eligible for the subsidies from this call: — People registered in the municipality for more than 5 years. If the applicant is under 5 years of age, a registration certificate from one of the parents or legal guardian will be provided. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to promote access to education for the residents of our municipality. Alleviating the unfavorable socio-economic conditions of living far from educational centers and helping families with the expense of purchasing books and educational materials. The following activities may be subsidized: Study aid that will cover the academic year from September to June, in cases 1, 2, 3 and 4 described below. For other courses and studies, whose frequency corresponds to the calendar year, it will be computed for the current year. 1.-Education from 0 to 3 years and Early Childhood Education. 2.-Primary, Secondary Education and Intermediate Vocational Training. 3.- Baccalaureate and Higher Level Vocational Training. 4.-University Education (Degree, Master's, Postgraduate Studies) 5.-Any other type of courses (Languages, Music, Qualification Programs, etc.) taught in public and private centers. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the City Council of Secastilla in matters of Study, approved on September 7, 2023, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 173, dated September 12, 2023. Fourth. Amount of aid. The aid granted will be paid, in accordance with budgetary regulations, in the 2024 financial year, in which the spending commitment will be acquired. For this reason, the budget application and amount indicated below have been enabled, in accordance with the estimate of credits for the year 2024: Year Budget application Amount 2024 9200.48201 €4,000 This maximum total amount is estimated, since it is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of resolution of the concession. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to the call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented in the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, until December 30 of the present; as stated in article 6.2 of Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid. Sixth. Other data. The following documents must be attached to the application: — Documents that prove the personality of the applicant. —Responsible declaration that the applicant does not have any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, established in article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies. — Copy of the Registration of the studies carried out. — Accreditation of completion of studies. — Third Party File. In the event that the required documents were already in the possession of the City Council, the applicant, provided that no more than five years have elapsed since the completion of the procedure to which they correspond, may make use of their right not to present them, stating the date and the body or agency in which they were presented or issued.
