BDSN (Identif.): 765033 On June 5, 2024, the Resolution of May 7, 2024, of the General Secretariat, was published in number 108 of the Official Gazette of Extremadura, approving the public call for the granting of subsidies for the drafting and processing of General Municipal Plans of the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, corresponding to the year 2024. On the same date, June 5, 2024, the Extract of the Resolution of May 7, 2024 is also published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, in the fourth section of which (Amount), the following is stated: That for this type of expense to be made there is adequate and sufficient credit in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community for the year 2024, being allocated to the following Position Budgetary: Management Center: 160060000. Budgetary Position: G/262A/46000. Background: CAG0000001. Financing Program/PEP Element: 20001029. Total Amount: €950,000. The total amount of the aid will be €950,000.00, with €475,000.00 allocated to the 2024 year and €475,000.00 to the 2028 year. The grants awarded will be compatible with others intended for the same purpose, whatever their nature and the administration or entity that grants them, provided that the sum of all of them does not exceed the cost of the grant. subsidized activity. These aid will be financed at 50% by the Government of Extremadura in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of the regulatory bases approved by Order of March 12, 2024, (DOE no. 59, of March 25, 2024). As the accounting year progresses, it is observed that the forecast of the need to draft municipal general plans in accordance with the Law of Territorial and Sustainable Urban Planning of Extremadura (LOTUS) has been exceeded by the actual data, which confirms a significant increase in the number of municipalities that have requested a subsidy for their drafting compared to previous years. Considering in the call a credit estimate of 950,000.00 euros, the reality of the data collected until the approval of this modification and the estimates until the completion of the processing, place the public spending needs at an additional amount of 165,019.82 euros to cover a greater number of interested municipalities. The total additional credit mentioned will increase the budget provision provided for in the call as follows: 1. 2024 Annuity: From the current amount of 475,000.00 euros, taking into account the estimated increase in expenditure of 82,509.91 euros, a total of 557,509.91 euros will result. Of the amount subject to increase (82,509.91 euros), the amount of 82,509.91 euros is financed from funds of the Autonomous Community, €76,500.00 being from the Financing Program 20230141, Budget Application 160060000 G/262A/460 and €6,009.91 from the Financing Program 20001029. 2. Annuity 2028: From the current amount of 475,000.00 euros, taking into account the estimated increase in expenses of 82,509.91 euros, a total of 557,509.91 euros will result. Of the amount subject to increase (82,509.91 euros), the amount of 82,509.91 euros is financed from funds of the Autonomous Community, for the expenditure project 20001029. For all this, under the protection of section eight of the call, which contains the provision that the established amount may be increased depending on budgetary availability, the modification of the expense has been processed due to an increase in the initial credit, recording Favorable Report of the Intervention, Proceeding the modification of the Extract of the call published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura No. 108, of June 5, 2024. Likewise, and in accordance with sections 3 and 4 of article 39 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, publication in the Official Gazette of Extremadura is mandatory.
