Official description of the call
Announcement from the Most Excellent Valencia City Council on the extract of the Agreement of May 31, 2024 of the Local Government Board, which approves the call for aid to commercial establishments on Castellón Street, police number 2-12 for long-term public works. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/765097): First. Beneficiary Persons: Be constituted under one of the following legal forms: Natural person: individual or self-employed entrepreneur. Legal entity: Limited company, labor company, community of property, cooperatives and civil companies. Second. Purpose: Aimed at establishing an economic compensation mechanism for commercial establishments affected by the execution of public works on Castellón Street, numbers 2 to 12. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Valencia City Council and its Public Bodies, initially approved by plenary agreement of July 28, 2016 (BOP 1-09-16), elevated to final by Mayor's Resolution No. Z-903, dated October 19, 2016 (BOP 2-11-16). Room. Amount: The maximum total amount of the subsidy amounts to €32,000, which will be allocated to the budget application TB5204312047910 of the current municipal budget. Fifth. Application submission period: Submission period subject to publication in the Official Gazette. The period will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the statement in the BOP.
