and in the electronic headquarters of the Granollers City Council (http://seuelectronica.granollers.cat): First.- Beneficiaries Non-profit entities, legally constituted, registered in the public registry of entities of the Granollers City Council and that have their headquarters or a permanent delegation in the municipality of Granollers and natural persons representing themselves or a group of people residing in Granollers, may be beneficiaries of the subsidy. Second.- Purpose The purpose of the subsidies of this call is to finance projects that aim to support the development of specific cultural activities, of public or social interest, carried out in Granollers during 2024 at the expense of non-profit entities or individuals representing themselves or a group of residents in Granollers. Interested entities or natural persons can submit a single application, therefore one project per applicant can be subsidized. The subsidies granted under this call will have to be used to finance activities developed throughout the period between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. To comply with the strategic objectives defined in the Mandate Action Plan, and in accordance with the forecasts of the Strategic Subsidies Plan for the current year, these subsidies will have to promote projects/activities of public or social interest that have The purpose is to support cultural activities. Third.- Regulatory Bases By agreement of the Local Government Board dated March 26, 2024, the Specific Regulatory Bases were initially approved for the granting, by the Granollers City Council, through the Culture Service, of subsidies intended to support cultural activities promoted by non-profit entities or individuals of Granollers for the year 2024. These Specific Regulatory Bases were published in the Official Gazette of the Province dated April 10, 2024. Fourth.- Amount The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2024 for the granting of regulated subsidies will be 5,000.00 euros and will be charged to budget applications L5101/33430/48300 SUBSIDIES TO E.S.F.L. CULTURAL. Subsidies may not be awarded for an amount greater than that mentioned. The amount of the subsidies is valued based on the points assigned to each project as follows: a) 1,500 euros for projects that obtain a score between 60 and 75 points. b) 900 euros for projects that obtain between 45 and 59.9 points. c) 500 euros for projects that obtain between 40 and 44.9 points. The amount and percentage of the subsidies awarded will not exceed, in any case, 50% of the total cost of the subsidized projects/activities, and with the limit of the budget allocation previously established. In the event that the number of entities or individuals applying for the subsidy exceeds, once the applications have been assessed and scored, the maximum budget allocation assigned for the 2024 financial year, the amount of the individual subsidies will be reduced proportionally in all concessions within the established budgetary limits. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is 30 business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona (BOPB). Sixth.- Appeal This act puts an end to the administrative procedure. Against it you can alternatively file an appeal for reconsideration before the body that issued it within a period of one month from the day after its publication; or, contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of Barcelona
