Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities and associations, legally constituted and registered with headquarters and operations in the municipalities of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca region, may be beneficiaries. Each entity or association may request a grant for a single project. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to regulate subsidies to non-profit entities for social, cultural and sports activities carried out in the territorial area of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region. Third. Regulatory Bases General Ordinance approving the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region, published in BOPH No. 39 dated March 1, 2021. Fourth. Amount: This call is funded from the budget application for fiscal year 2024 9120.48001 in the amount of €20,000. The maximum amount to be awarded to each beneficiary may not exceed 80% of the budget of the project presented, with a maximum of €4,000. At least the beneficiary must finance 20% of the budget of the project presented. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP of Huesca. Applications will be submitted through the corresponding electronic registry, in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of Law 39/2015. Sixth. Other information: The beneficiaries must accept the subsidy granted and the conditions derived from its granting, understood to be accepted if, within a maximum period of 10 days from the day following notification, they have not renounced it in writing.
