CALL AND BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES TO ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, SOCIAL OR SPORTS ACTIVITIES DURING THE YEAR 2024, THROUGH COMPETITIVE COMPETITION

Official description of the call

Beneficiaries Individuals, associations or non-profit entities located in Bolaños de Cva may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this call. and that, in the case of associations, they are legally constituted and registered in the Official Registry of Associations of Castilla-La Mancha. Object of the call The object of this call is the establishment of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, to associations, individuals and non-profit entities for the implementation of educational, cultural, social or sports activities of municipal interest that are carried out during the year 2024. Amount and eligible expenses In the General Budget of the City Council for the year 2024, an expenditure forecast for a total of €27,000.00 is contemplated, in order to address the subsidy applications submitted under this call. All expenses necessary for the development of the projected activity may be eligible for subsidies. Submission of applications The subsidy application must be submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Bolaños de Calatrava City Council (electronic headquarters > telematic registration > call for subsidies and activities for associations or other entities) accessing with an electronic certificate or permanent cl@ve, accompanied by the following documentation: - Project of the activity to be subsidized, which includes a brief description of the activities, the detailed budget of income and expenses, the implementation schedule and the number of beneficiaries to whom the activities are intended. - Sworn declaration of the person responsible or the legal representative of the entity that they are up to date with compliance with tax and fiscal obligations with the Administration and Social Security, as well as that they are not subject to any of the legal incompatibilities contemplated in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. - Sworn statement from the legal representative regarding subsidies requested or granted for the same purpose by other public or private entities. - Authorization in favor of the City Council to collect tax data from the individual, association or entity from other administrations, in accordance with the provisions of the General Subsidies Law. - Photocopy of the CIF, if it has not been presented previously. - Third party file, if not previously submitted. - Certificate from the Secretary of the Association stating the legal representative of the Association. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province, on the Town Hall Notice Board and on the municipal website. Award criteria The evaluation of the submitted applications will be determined by the following criteria: - Geographic area in which the activity is limited. - Volume of recipients to whom it is directed. - Cultural, social or sporting impact of the activity in the municipality. - Stability or implementation of the activity. - Volume of the projected investment. - Financial contribution of the requesting entity. - Number of activities carried out during the same calendar year. - Repercussion among citizens and participatory and open nature of the activity. - Degree of coordination and complementation with the activities programmed by the Bolaños de Cva City Council. through the competent Department. Justification and payment of the subsidy. In order for the subsidy to be paid, the completion of the activity must be proven by presenting the following documentation: - Report of the activities carried out indicating the number of participants, results and timing. - Certification from the Secretary of the beneficiary entity regarding the existence of other income or subsidies for the same activity. - Responsible declaration by the beneficiary that he is up to date with the payments of tax and fiscal obligations and those paid to Social Security. (When the amount of the subsidy exceeds €3,000, the corresponding Certificates issued by the Tax Agency and the Social Security Treasury must be presented). - Expressive list of all the expenses derived from the act
