CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF GRANTS FOR THE PROMOTION OF SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS DEVELOPED BY EDUCATIONAL CENTERS. COURSE 2023-2024

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3bi 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database on the notice board and the municipal website. First. Beneficiaries The centers for early childhood and primary education, compulsory secondary education and adult training funded with public funds in Barberá del Vallés that must carry out the activity that promotes its granting may apply for financial aid, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (hereinafter LGS), and that they meet the following requirements: - That they promote projects in the areas described in the second point. - That they are up to date with the payment of reimbursement obligations and justification of subsidies previously granted by the City Council. - That they are up to date with their tax obligations with the State, the Generalitat and the City Council and their obligations with the Public Treasury and Social Security. - That they prove that they have never been subject to firm administrative sanctions or final condemnatory sentences against Law 17/2015, of July 21, on effective equality between women and men. Second. Purpose The purpose of this subsidy is the granting by the Barberà del Vallès City Council of financial aid intended to finance specific educational projects developed by the educational centers financed with public funds of the municipality of Barberà del Vallès during the 2023-2024 academic year, previously provided for in the Center's Annual Program and approved by the School Council, in the following areas: - Category A: Key pedagogical innovation projects 360-full-time education. - Category B: Projects that promote the organization of parties, conferences and educational weeks that are developed punctually. Each educational center may present a maximum of one project from category A and a maximum of one project from category B, except educational centers with the generic name of school institute that may present two from each category. The purposes and objectives of granting these aid are the following: • Promote the implementation of projects to improve the educational quality of the centers' activities. • Provide financial support to centers for the development of specific educational and cultural projects. • Promote the development of full-time education activities that connect the school with other spaces, agents and educational times. • Support the organization of parties, conferences and educational weeks that take place punctually. • Promote the development of projects that promote education in respect for the environment, physical, intellectual and sensory diversity, and non-discrimination based on gender, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity or origin, nationality (among others). Third. Regulatory Bases. The full text of the approved bases can be consulted on the Barberà del Vallès City Council website http: www.bdv.cat, on the transparency portal and on the Barberà del Vallès City Council notice board. Room. Amount. The maximum total endowment is 20,400.00 euros for specific educational projects developed by educational centers funded with public funds of the municipality of Barberà del Vallès, during the 2023 - 2024 academic year. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The maximum deadline for submitting applications for specific educational projects developed by educational centers funded with public funds in the municipality of Barberà del Vallès, accompanied by the necessary documentation and information established in the bases of the call, will end after 20 calendar days from the publication of the extract of the call in the corresponding Official Gazette. This publication will be made by the National Subsidies Database, administered by the general intervention of the state administration.
