V Call for aid for the dissemination of research work related to Social Responsibility. “Santander Chair in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)” at the University of Castilla-La Mancha. Year 2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. 1. The following may attend this call: - Full-time and part-time Teaching and Research Staff (hereinafter, PDI) of the UCLM. - The UCLM Research Staff. 2. In the case of associate professors, they may qualify for this call if they document the signing of the contract within 5 calendar days following the end of the application submission period. 3. Applicants must also meet the following requirements: - Be active in the center or department indicated both on the last day of submission of applications and on the date of the congress or admission of the article for publication. - Not be subject to the prohibitions for obtaining the status of beneficiary of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. The beneficiary must be up to date with their legal, tax and Social Security obligations. Second. Object. Financial aid is provided for 20 grants for attendance and presentation of communications or presentations at national or international conferences, conferences or workshops, or the editing and publication of book chapters or articles in reference magazines on CSR/RSU. The number of aid may be greater as long as the budget allows it because in some of the aid modalities the allocated budget has not been reached. The publications described above (communications, presentations, book chapters and reference articles) must be related to topics of social responsibility: transparency, corporate governance, human resources, ethics, corporate reputation, social action, corporate volunteering, university social responsibility (RSU), accountability, preparation of sustainability reports, relations with interest groups, responsible consumption, etc. The communications, presentations, book chapters and reference articles, the subject of the requests, must be published and, where appropriate, held (Congresses, Conferences and Workshops) between January 1 and October 31, 2024. Only one application per person and work will be accepted. The following expenses will be eligible for subsidies: registration for the congress, conference or workshop; travel, accommodation and maintenance; article and poster printing costs; translation expenses; expenses associated with the publication or editing of book chapters or reference articles. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget for this call amounts to 12,000 euros. The amount of aid may not exceed the total justified expenses, establishing a maximum limit of 600 euros per applicant. If the justified amount is less than said limit, the aid will be equal to the justified expense. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the day the call is signed until July 15, 2024.
