Official description of the call
First. - Beneficiaries. Local corporations included in the territorial scope of the Toro Regional Council of the Zamora State Public Employment Service may be beneficiaries of this subsidy. Second. - Object. Subsidize salary costs and business contributions to Social Security for the hiring of unemployed workers, preferably temporary agricultural workers, to carry out works of general and social interest, whose purpose is to guarantee an income supplement through the distribution of available employment, in accordance with the provisions of article 6 of Royal Decree 939/1997, of June 20. Third. - Regulatory bases. - Royal Decree 939/1997, of June 20, which regulates the allocation, to the agricultural employment promotion program, of credits for investments of public administrations in the Autonomous Communities of Andalusia and Extremadura and in depressed rural areas. - Royal Decree 818/2021 of September 28, which regulates the common employment activation programs of the National Employment System. - Order TES/1077/2023, of September 28, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the financing of active employment policy programs provided for in RD 818/2021 of September 28. - Resolution of April 17, 2024, of the General Directorate of SEPE, issuing instructions regarding the preparation of calls for the granting of subsidies to local corporations for the hiring of unemployed people in works and services of general and social interest within the framework of the Agricultural Employment Promotion Program. Room. - Amount. €790,820.61. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from July 1, 2024 to July 30, 2024.
