Subsidies to pharmacies in small municipalities for the year 2024

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b. and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) and on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (http://www.dphuesca.es/convocatoriasubvenciones). First. Beneficiaries. The owners of the pharmacy offices in the province of Huesca who are not involved in any of the causes established in art. 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General on subsidies and that meet one of these two conditions: a) That they are open in municipalities in the province of Huesca with less than 1,000 inhabitants. The population data will refer to that of the last population census published by the National Institute of Statistics. b) That the Directorate-Management of the Aragonese Health Service has recognized in the exercise of the call the right to apply the corrective indices of the billing margin, because they are understood as pharmacies in a situation of compromised economic viability, hereinafter VEC. Second. Object. The granting of subsidies to cover the operating expenses indicated below typical of pharmacies in small towns in the province of Huesca. Third. Regulatory bases. The General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Huesca, approved by Plenary Agreement of December 3, 2020 and published in BOP No. 18 dated January 29, 2021 and subsequent modifications. Room. Amount. The maximum amount of subsidies to be granted by the Provincial Council of Huesca amounts to €62,000. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the publication of the corresponding call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Justification period The maximum period for carrying out the activity will be until December 31, 2024 and the justification period until November 15, 2024, provisionally justifying the personnel expenses and the periodic billing corresponding to the months of November and December with the projection of said expenses. Said provisional justification will be subject to the presentation of the corresponding supporting documents before January 31, 2025.
