SPECIFIC RULES WITH REGULATORY CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FROM THE CITY COUNCIL OF OLIVA DE LA FRONTERA AIMED FOR LOCAL NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATIONS IN THE YEAR 2024.

Official description of the call

In accordance with the Strategic Subsidies Plan of the Oliva de la Frontera City Council and in accordance with article 17 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and its Regulation approved by RD 887/2006, of July 21, as well as the General Subsidies Ordinance of this entity, a line of subsidies is established for non-profit associations, under a competitive competition regime, that strengthens the associative fabric of our town and facilitates the implementation of projects and activities that expand and complement the municipal offer. BASE 1.- OBJECT The purpose of this call is to establish specific rules within the framework of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Oliva de la Frontera City Council to regulate the access of non-profit associations with registered office or annual activity in the municipality of Oliva de la Frontera to public subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, intended to finance projects and activities of social interest in the municipality of Oliva de la Frontera carried out during the financial year 2024. BASE 2.- BUDGETARY ALLOCATION. The total amount allocated to the subsidies included in this call will be €10,000.00 and will be allocated to the budget credits recorded in budget application 334,480 of the current Municipal Budget. BASIS 3.- REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN THE CONDITION OF BENEFICIARY ENTITY. Any association or non-profit entity that executes an annual project or carries out specific activities in the current year that, taking into account the criteria included in this call, is of interest to the Municipality and meets the following requirements may be a beneficiary of these subsidies. 1. Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Registry according to its nature. 2. It is registered in the Registry of Associations of Oliva de la Frontera. 3. Has its registered office in Oliva de la Frontera or, failing that, has previously been executing projects or carrying out activities in a well-known and stable manner in the municipality. If the entity is an NGO, it must be registered in the corresponding public registry and have a central headquarters or permanent delegation in the municipality of Oliva de la Frontera. 4. Lack of profit purposes. These requirements must be met by the end date of the application submission period and maintained until the date of justification of the subsidy. Entities that are recipients of direct or nominative subsidies, included in the General Budget of the Oliva de la Frontera City Council in the current year, are expressly excluded from this procedure. Entities that are subject to any of the circumstances included in article 13 of the General Subsidies Law will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries. Accreditation by the requesting entities of not being in the situations described in the previous paragraph must be made through a responsible declaration signed by their legal representative, made in accordance with Annex II of these bases. BASIS 4.- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION. Applications must be submitted to the General Registry of the Oliva de la Frontera City Council within a period of one month from the day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz, through a duly completed standardized application, which appears as Annex I of these bases. Interested entities must deliver the documentation to the General Registry of the City Council or send it through the electronic Registry of the Oliva de la Frontera City Council, which is accessed from the electronic headquarters (https://olivafrontera.sedelectronica. es/info.0). The presentation may also be made by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Each entity may only submit one application to participate in this process in which it can present specific activities or an annual project.
