SUBSIDIES FOR HOLIDAYS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2024.

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries. The festive citizen entities of Burjassot may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, whose main activity is the organization of festive events of a singular, traditional or popular nature, that have carried out the festive activities planned for the year 2024 and that meet the following requirements: a) Be up to date with their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, the Territorial Treasury of Social Security and with the City Council of Burjassot. b) Not have pending refunds of subsidies from previous years. c) Not be subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of subsidies provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. d) Provide adequate publicity of the public nature of the financing of the programs, activities, investments or actions of any type that are the subject of this subsidy, in the terms established in article 10 b) of this call. e) Comply with the conditions established in art. 8 of the General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Burjassot City Council. f) Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations, section of Festivals. g) Not have a nominative item in the Municipal Budget or agreement signed with this City Council that includes financial obligations. h) Not pursue lucrative purposes or depend economically or institutionally on for-profit entities. Second.- Object. The purpose of the call is to grant financial aid for the implementation of certain festive projects of a traditional, singular or popular nature, which have been developed or will be developed in the year 2024 in our municipality. Third.- Regulatory bases. The amount of these subsidies will be paid from the credit of the current budget of Municipal Item 338.48901 "Fiesta Subsidies". The maximum amount allocated to these subsidies will be 12,000 euros. Fifth.- Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province.
