Resolution of 06/27/2024 of the Presidency of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia for a multi-year call for aid to encourage the hiring of innovation and competitiveness services by regional SMEs. Sustainability Check.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. SMEs, communities of property, self-employed persons and legal entities, from any sector of activity, except those dedicated to the primary production of fishing and aquaculture products and the primary production of agricultural products, that carry out subsidized activities in an open work center within the geographical scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. Second. Object. The object of this multi-annual call, in accordance with the concession regime provided for in article 22 of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, is to promote the contracting of innovation and competitiveness services cataloged by the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia. Third. Subsidized services. The subsidized services that will be contracted to external providers to develop them are the following: Code CHIS1. Service: Implementation of measures to promote innovation in sustainability by calculating the carbon footprint of the company/organization. CHIS2 code. Service: Implementation of measures to promote innovation in sustainability by calculating the carbon footprint of a product. CHIS3 code. Service: Implementation of measures to promote sustainability through the calculation of the water/water footprint. Room. Regulatory Bases. Order of May 7, 2024 (BORM 113, 05/17/2024) of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, which approves the regulatory bases for the aid of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia to encourage the contracting of innovation and competitiveness services by regional SMEs, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Fifth. Financing. The available credit for this multi-annual call for grants is ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND EUROS (€120,000). This credit will be financed up to 60%, or with a higher co-financing rate if appropriately agreed, with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), that is, up to SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND EUROS (€72,000.00), allocated to the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia in accordance with the Global Subsidy established by Commission Decision C (2022) 9040. Sixth. Maximum subsidy amount. The maximum subsidy per beneficiary company is 5,000 euros. Seventh. Limitation on the choice of supplier. The applicant company will not be able to carry out the work covered by the subsidy with a supplier entity that has already been designated by ten (10) beneficiary companies whose application was made on a previous date in the current call. In such case, the requesting company may select another supplier entity in the rectification process that will be granted for this purpose. Eighth. Application submission deadline. The subsidy application is available in the standardized forms provided at the address of the INFO electronic headquarters https://sede.institutofomentomurcia.es and may be submitted from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia and until December 31, 2024. The standardized forms necessary for subsequent justification will also be provided at the aforementioned address of the electronic headquarters of the Institute for Development of the Region of Murcia.
