Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. People who meet all the requirements of the call may apply for these aids, among which are the following: - Be duly enrolled in official bachelor's and master's degrees taught at the UCLM during the academic year of application (2023/24) and during the course of the stay (2024/25). The participant must be enrolled in both academic courses in the same cycle and study plan leading to obtaining an official degree. The aforementioned study plans must be taught during the course of the stay. - Possess the nationality of one of the countries of the European Union (EU) or of any other state that participates in the Erasmus+ program, or of third countries, in which case you must prove that you are in possession of a valid permit to reside in Spain during the entire period of the mobility. - Have completed a minimum of 24 credits of undergraduate degrees before the publication of this call or be enrolled in official master's studies. - Have pending enrollment for the course in which the mobility stay takes place, at least 15 credits per semester or 12 for a quarter. This requirement does not apply to graduate programs. - Have an average grade in your file equal to or greater than five (5) points according to the data uploaded before the start of the application period. This requirement does not apply to students in graduate programs. - Accredit until one day before the end of the application period, specified in base 6.1. of this call, a level B1 or higher in the language in which classes are taught at the host university, or failing that, in English. Second. Object. Financial aid is provided for undergraduate and master's students to participate in the Erasmus+ program of the KA131 action in the form of study stays in program countries and associated third countries, and third countries not associated with the International Mobility program. The selected students will have the possibility of completing a period of study for any of the official bachelor's and master's degrees taught by the UCLM during the second semester of the 2024/25 academic year at a foreign university, guaranteeing the recognition of these studies in the terms provided for in the university's mobility procedures. This type of Erasmus stay has a minimum duration of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months. The list of eligible destinations can be consulted in Annex II of the full text of the call. The candidate will only have access to the destinations that correspond to their area of ​​study and accredited language level. UCLM students may carry out several stays within the Erasmus+ program during the same academic year, as long as they are not carried out simultaneously. Third. Regulatory bases. Specific regulations on mobility and the Erasmus+ program and regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget of this call will depend on the contribution received from the financing entities (European Union, the Ministry of Universities, Banco de Santander and UCLM).
