UNEMPLOYED TRAINING SUBSIDY 2024_FDE General Line Certificates

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans and on the page http://www.comunidad.madrid. First.- Beneficiaries Centers that provide offers from the Spanish Vocational Training System in accordance with what is established for grades A, B and C in Title VIII of Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, may be beneficiaries; in article 7 of Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23. Training entities will have to be accredited in the Registry of Vocational Training Entities for Employment of the Community of Madrid. When they request training actions in teletraining mode, the obligation of accreditation will be understood to refer to the State Registry of Training Entities. The training entities requesting a subsidy must not be subject to the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and must have, within the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid, training centers accredited in the face-to-face mode, and centers accredited for the teletraining modality, provided that the specialties require the presence of the students at some point. Second.- Purpose A general line of subsidies is convened for the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, with the aim of subsidizing professional certificates, taught in face-to-face, tele-training or mixed modalities. Third.- Regulatory bases The bases that regulate the granting of subsidies to finance the provision of training actions, aimed primarily at unemployed workers, of the vocational training system are included in Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23, published in the BOE number 239, of October 5, 2022. Fourth.- Amount Credits will be allocated to finance this call. budgetary amounts that will be allocated to program 241A-Training for employment, subconcept 49103, of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for the year 2024, and in the corresponding ones for the year 2024. The maximum amount for this subsidy line is estimated at €62,190,000.00, financed by the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports. The amount of the subsidy to be granted for each training action will be determined by the product of the number of training hours, by fifteen students and by the amount of the economic module set for each specialty. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid until September 6, 2024 inclusive.
