Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database First: Beneficiaries. Las academias de Castilla-La Mancha reguladas al amparo de la Ley 2/2019, de 15 de marzo, de Academias de Castilla-La Mancha. Second: Object. Subsidize actions that serve to promote and encourage participation in scientific, artistic and literary activities of the academies based in Castilla-La Mancha. The actions that may be subject to subsidy will be those listed below: a) Carrying out scientific and cultural activities whose purpose is the development of research work, transmission and dissemination of knowledge. b) Editing and distribution of publications, in any medium, for the dissemination of research and studies carried out. c) Carrying out digitization activities, development of web spaces or promotion thereof. Third: Regulatory bases. Order 94/2024, of June 6, of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid intended to support the non-economic activity of the academies of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM no. 111 of June 11, 2024). Fourth: Amount. The expense involved in this call amounts to a total of 300,000 euros distributed in 150,000 euros for the 2024 annuity and 150,000 euros for the 2025 annuity. The maximum individual amount may not exceed 30,000 euros per annuity and per academy. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days, starting on September 3, 2024 and ending on September 16, 2024. Sixth: Other information. The requesting organizations and entities may present as many actions as they consider appropriate, and must make a request for each of them. Applications will only be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the form available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Administration of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es). The execution period for each action will begin on September 1, 2024, having a maximum duration of 24 months, excluding, where applicable, the periods of extension of the initial execution period that must be requested in accordance with the provisions of the eleventh section of this resolution. The eligible costs will be the following: a) Registration costs for congresses, seminars, conferences, technical sessions and similar, for the categories or types of personnel determined by the calls. b) Costs of room rental, translation, organization of conferences, events, congresses and seminars. c) Costs of publication, translation into other languages ​​and dissemination of results, including those that could arise from publication in open access journals. d) Subscriptions to libraries, magazines and digital portals, and fees to scientific, artistic or literary societies, and national and international ones, that derive directly from the action. Acquisition of bibliographic funds. e) Costs of requesting intellectual property rights and other costs derived from their maintenance. f) Rental costs of both material assets, instruments, equipment and IT and other elements necessary for the performance. f) Costs of subcontracting services necessary for the execution of the actions subject to subsidy. g) Costs of hiring personnel necessary to carry out work related to the actions subject to subsidy, including the costs of social security and health coverage in accordance with applicable regulations. h) Costs of per diems and mobility derived from the subsidized activity and carried out within the execution period established in the granting resolution.
