CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES FOR AID TO PROMOTE ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR THE SELF-EMPLOYED AND MICROPYMES. YEAR 2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Applicants who are self-employed workers and micro-SMEs, with less than ten employees, will be eligible for this aid. The following will be considered beneficiaries: - Entrepreneurs who have not been registered as self-employed or in their own activity in the last year. - Business relievers, understood as people who develop their business project by continuing the economic activity of a business that is the subject of transfer. Second. Requirements of applicants Applicants must prove compliance with the following requirements: - Having started the activity between November 1, 2023 and October 31, 2024 or, where applicable, a commitment to start the activity within 12 months from the date of granting the subsidy. - Develop the activity that is the object of the project in its own capacity. - Have the tax domicile as well as carry out professional or business activity in the municipality of Teruel. - That none of the circumstances referred to in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, exist that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of the subsidy. - That they are up to date in compliance with their tax obligations (State Tax Administration Agency) and with Social Security (General Social Security Treasury), as well as the absence of any debt pending payment with the Treasury of the Autonomous Community (organs of the Tax Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon), and also not have any debt pending payment with the Teruel City Council. Third. Purpose The purpose of this subsidy is to promote entrepreneurship and economic growth in the municipality of Teruel. Room. Regulatory bases The bases that govern aid to promote entrepreneurship for the self-employed and micro-SMEs were approved by the corresponding Specific Ordinance by agreement of the Plenary City Council of Teruel, in its session held on March 4, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Province no. 90 dated May 13, 2024 and coming into force on June 4, 2024. Deadline for submission of applications The submission of applications will begin from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province (Official Section of the BOA), until October 31, 2024, both inclusive.
