Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) First. Beneficiaries Students aged 0 to 4 years from the municipality of Santa Coloma de Gramenet, enrolled in educational centers of the first cycle of early childhood education (daycare centers), both public and private, in this same municipality or other municipalities, from September to December 2024, school year 2024-2025, may be beneficiaries of the aid regulated in these bases. Fathers, mothers, legal guardians or the person in charge of the custody and protection of the students may request these aids. Second. Purpose The regulation of the granting of individual financial aid to meet the costs of schooling and/or the school cafeteria service of students from 0 to 4 years of age in the municipality of Santa Coloma de Gramenet, enrolled in educational centers of the first cycle of early childhood education (kindergartens), both public and private, in this same municipality or other municipalities, during the period from September to December 2024, school year 2024-2025. Third. Amount For the period between September and December 2024, the maximum total expenditure will be 50,000 euros, charged to the budget application 3900.23115.4890800 of the 2024 budget. Amount of aid: The aid granted for the 2024-25 academic year will be intended for the following concepts: - Schooling and dining room for students of the courses of i0 and i1. From September 2024 to July 2025. - Dining room service for students of the i2 course. From September 2024 to July 2025. The amount of aid for schooling to be granted will depend on the income bracket of the family unit, the number of members and the score obtained related to the social ranking scale contained in Annex 2 of the Framework Regulation for Social Economic Benefits. The amount of aid for schooling by the City Council, in application of the established economic and social criteria, will generate a score obtained by the family unit that is related to the following amounts: From 1.5 to 4.3 points €45/month From 4.4 to 7.2 points €90/month From 7.3 to 10 points €135/month The amounts that will be granted for the fixed dining service for the students of the courses i0, i1 and i2 will be €4/day for lactating minors and €6/day for non-lactating minors. In the case of minors at risk with follow-up by the Childhood and Adolescence Care Team (EAIA), 100% of the cost of schooling and meals may be subsidized with a reasoned report from the reference professional. Fifth. Application submission period: The submission period for applications for the first call will be from the day following the publication of the call announcement in the BOPB until September 20, 2024.
