Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiaries: Natural persons registered in the municipality who are over 12 years old and have passed the language certification tests established in the call and who meet the requirements established in the grant call. Second. Purpose The purpose of the call is to cover the cost of the certification fee in the Valencian, English, French, German and Italian languages ​​provided for in Decree 242/2019, at the intermediate (B1 and B2), and advanced (C1 and C2) levels, as well as the specific certificates for the Valencian language “Llenguatge administratiu”, “Correcció de texto” and “Llenguatge als mitjans de comunicació”. Third. Regulatory bases General ordinance on subsidies and prizes of the Pobla de Vallbona City Council.. Fourth.- Amount The maximum total amount allocated to these aids is 3,000 euros (€50 per fee), the financing of which will be made from budget application 3261-48001 called Concurrence Subsidies for Educational Promotion', of the current municipal budget. Fifth. Application submission deadline The application deadline for these aid will be during the month of September 2024.
