CALL FOR SCHOOLING AID `LLAR INFANTS VALLALTA`. COURSE 2024/2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: Families who have schooled their children aged 0-3 years at the ?llar d?infants Vallalta? of Sant Iscle de Vallalta. Second. Purpose: The purpose of the call is the granting of individual aid to families for the schooling of their children from 0 to 3 years old in the ?llar d?infants Vallalta?, school year 2024-2025, when they are in disadvantaged socioeconomic situations. Third. Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session on September 21, 2015 approved the general bases, as regulations of the general framework of the conditions to regulate the granting of individual aid to families for the schooling of their children from 0 to 3 years old in the ?llar d?infants Vallalta?. These General Terms and Conditions were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on October 5, 2015. Fourth. Amount: The amount to be awarded to each student will be determined proportionally among the applicants, in relation to the points assigned. The amount and percentage of the financial aid granted will not exceed, in any case, 50% of the cost of the monthly fee for the schooling service, established by Fiscal Ordinance no. 34 regulating the Rate for the provision of daycare services, and with the limit of the budgetary allocation: Fiscal year 2024: Budget item 326 480.09 "schooling aid for boys and girls from 0 to 3 years old". The amount available for the 2024-2025 academic year, period from September to December 2024, amounts to €545.45 Fiscal year 2025: Budget item 326 480.09 "schooling aid for boys and girls from 0 to 3 years old". The amount available for the 2024-2025 academic year, period from January to July 2025, amounts to €954.55 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Applications must be submitted through standardized means in the general registry of the Sant Iscle de Vallalta City Council. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. The application will incorporate the documentation indicated in base 6.1. Sixth. Other information: The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution of the procedure will be three months. The deadline is computed from the publication of the corresponding call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. Failure to resolve within the indicated period will have dismissal effects. Against the agreement of the call, which puts an end to the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious Administrative Court of the province of Barcelona within a period of two months counted from the month following its notification. Alternatively, and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration can be filed with the same body that issued it, within a period of one month from the day following its notification.
