Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Object. Aid is being called for to promote the employment of people with disabilities in the ordinary labor market of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura for the 2024/2025 financial year. Second. Beneficiary Entities 1.-In program I “Subsidies for the hiring of people with disabilities in ordinary companies” and in program II “Subsidies for job adaptation”, private companies, regardless of the legal form they adopt, self-employed workers, registered professionals, associations, foundations, non-profit entities, civil societies and private groups may be beneficiaries of the aid established in this standard. natural or legal persons, communities of property, or any other type of economic unit or separate assets, even if they lack legal personality that, in their capacity as employers, carry out hiring in accordance with the provisions of this standard in work centers located in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. In the case of private groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property, or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that, although lacking legal personality, carry out contracts subject to the conditions established in this decree, the commitments to comply with the obligations that will be assumed by all members of the entity in the percentage that corresponds to them must be expressly stated, both in the application and in the granting resolution, with all of them being considered beneficiaries. In any case, a person must be appointed as the sole representative or attorney-in-fact of the group, with sufficient powers to fulfill the obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to the group. The group may not be dissolved until the limitation period provided for in articles 45 and 70 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, has elapsed. 2.- In program III, “Subsidies for supported employment”, associations, foundations and other non-profit entities that undertake to sign the corresponding collaboration agreement with the company that is going to hire the disabled workers who are going to be provided with supported employment may be beneficiaries. 3.- The following may not benefit from these subsidies: -Temporary employment companies, except in relation to workers hired to provide services under their direction. -Companies or entities belonging to the public sector, except for professional associations and irrigation communities. -Special employment centers. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 98/2024, of August 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid intended to promote the employment of people with disabilities in the ordinary labor market of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Room. Amount. 1.-The amount of the call amounts to 3,000,000 euros, with the following distribution by programs, budget applications and annuities: a) Program I, Subsidies for the hiring of people with disabilities in ordinary companies (CONVO/2024/0000004445): 2,000,000.00 euros charged to the budget application 140130000/G/242A/47000/TE24001001/20090230, with the following breakdown by annuity: -2024 annuity: 1,000,000 euros. -Annuity 2025: 1,000,000 euros. b) Program II, Subsidies for job adaptation (CONVO/2024/0000004446): 100,000.00 euros charged to budget application 140130000/G/242A/77000/TE24001001/20090229, with the following breakdown by annuities: Annuity 2024: 50,000 euros. Annuity 2025: 50,000 euros. c) Program III, Subsidies for supported employment (CONVO/2024/0000004447): 900,000.00 euros charged to budget application 140130000/G/242A/48000/TE24001001/20090230, with the following breakdown by annuities: 2024 annuity: 450,000 euros.
