CALL FOR GRANT OF INDIVIDUALIZED ECONOMIC BENEFITS IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL SERVICES: AID FOR BIRTH, FOSTERSHIP AND ADOPTION 2024

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): First: Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid will be the parents, guardians, foster parents or adopters registered in the municipality of Mislata (at least one of them), with a minimum seniority of one year, and in whom there has been a change in the family unit due to birth, fostering or adoption. Second: Object. The object of these rules is the regulation of the granting of a family financial benefit in the area of ​​social services through competitive competition aimed at family units in which a birth of a child, foster care or an adoption of a child, born in this same year, has occurred during 2024, to help defray the expenses derived from the new situation. The aid will be used for the acquisition of goods related to the needs of the child that are among the following: - Hygiene, food and pharmacy products. - Body clothing and complementary items. - Diapers and others of a similar nature. This aid will be unique to the family unit and will accrue when the event constituting its granting occurs. Third: Regulatory bases. Mayor's Decree, number number 3311/2024 of September 3 https://www.mislata.es/es/administracion/subvenciones/convocatorias-de-subvenciones-en-tramitacion/ayudas-para-nacimiento-acogimiento-o-adopcion-para-el-ejercicio-de-2024 Fourth. Amount. The budget limit intended to finance this call will amount to €20,000 and will be covered by budget application 2310.48000 of the Mislata Municipal Budget. The granting of this aid is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting decision. The amount of the aid will depend on the amount established by IPREMI for 2023 and will be in accordance with the provisions of regulatory base 14 of the call. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The call will be opened on the business day following the publication of the extract of the call. Its end will be on October 15, 2024. Families that were in the situation described in the purpose of the call, but the birth, foster care or adoption had occurred after October 16, 2024, and those that did not request the aid before the closing of the call because they did not have the minor registered in the Civil Registry, may benefit from the 2025 call. Also, families who were found may apply in this call. in the situation described in the object, but the event would have happened in the month of October 2024. Sixth. Other data. Along with the application, interested parties will provide the documentation detailed in base 5 of the regulations of the call.
