RULES AND PUBLIC CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FROM THE SPORTS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF AZUQUECA DE HENARES AIMED TO ASSOCIATIONS, CLUBS OR ENTITIES FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF SPORTS EVENTS OR COMPETITIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By mayoral resolution of September 20, 2024, the call and specific bases for the aforementioned call have been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. PURPOSE: The purpose of these subsidies is to promote the development of different sports events and competitions in Azuqueca de Henares, promoting sports, physical activity and local sports associations. The purpose of these subsidies is to collaborate with sports clubs and athletes in the municipality, in the development of their sports activities, the promotion of citizen participation as well as the practice of different sports disciplines. SECOND. AMOUNT AND BUDGET ITEM The subsidies granted under this call, the amount of which amounts to €15,000, will be allocated to budget application 3420.489.21, recorded in the General Budget of the entity for the corresponding year. THIRD. REQUIREMENTS: Non-profit Associations, Clubs or Sports Entities based in Azuqueca de Henares may choose to be beneficiaries of the subsidies granted through this call. Sports Joint Stock Companies or Private Entities with profit motive will be excluded from this call. They must meet the requirements indicated in article 13 of the General Subsidies Law and comply with the following requirements: a) Be constituted in accordance with current regulations and registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of Castilla-La Mancha as sports clubs, in accordance with articles 44 et seq. of Law 5/2015, of March 26, on Physical Activity and Sports of Castilla-La Mancha, with an age of at least five years from the date of registration until the end of the application period. b) Have registered office in the municipality of Azuqueca de Henares. c) The beneficiary is required to have a NIF that proves that he or she has been registered for tax purposes with the Public Treasury. d) Be up to date in compliance with your tax, Social Security and Municipal Treasury obligations. e) Have duly justified the municipal subsidies that they may have previously obtained from the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, even if they were nominative, unless their justification period has not expired. ROOM. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The applications and documents to be attached must be submitted within a period of TWENTY CALENDAR DAYS counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call on the notice board of the City Council, as well as on the website, which will take place once published in the Official Gazette of the Province through the National Subsidies Database. Applications submitted outside the established deadline will be returned to the interested parties by the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, indicating such circumstance, without further processing. Applications must be submitted to the Electronic Registry of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council https://azuqueca.sedelectronica.es in compliance with article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations according to the standardized model, Annex I, and addressed to the Mayor/President. With the presentation of the application, unconditional acceptance of the bases of the call, as well as the requirements and obligations contained therein, is presumed.
