Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: All associations, groups and individuals who wish to participate may participate, provided that the Nativity scene they submit to the contest is installed in the municipality of Puerto Real. Second.Object: The purpose of the subsidy is to promote the Christmas festival, encouraging citizen participation in this traditional custom of a playful and artistic nature. Third. Regulatory Bases. The Regulatory Bases that will govern the "XL Christmas Nativity Scene Contest 2024-2025" organized by the Puerto Real City Council, will be published on the Official Electronic Notice Board of the City Hall. (General Subsidies Ordinance, approved by the Plenary Session of the Puerto Real City Council in a session held on 12/03/2020 and its full text published in the Official Gazette of the Province number 37 dated 02/25/2021). Room. Amount: The prizes of the "XL Christmas Nativity Contest 2024-2025" will be for a total amount of Two Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Euros (€2,390.00), distributed among the different modalities, and are financed from budget application 2023/338/48100. Fifth. Submission period: The deadline for submitting entries in the "XL Christmas Nativity Contest 2024-2025" is seven days from the day following the publication of the Extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province.
