RULES THAT MUST GOVERN THE CALL FOR THE GRANT OF FINANCIAL AID FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF PROPERTY REHABILlTATION WORK IN THE URBAN CENTER 2024

Official description of the call

BASE 1. OBJECT 1) The purpose of these bases is to grant financial aid for the rehabilitation of properties in the area called "Rehabilitation Area of ​​the Historic Center of Agullent" determined by the City Council. This area includes: the islands included within the circle of the odd numbers of Calle el Azagador, back of the houses on La Costera Street, back of Sant Antoni Street, Molino Alley, from Iglesia Street to the back of the Santo Bertomeu Church, Santa Anna Street, Canónigo Tormo, Plebà Ricardo Pla, Joaquín Pons, Mestre Tormo and Paseo de San Vicente to the Font Jordana, which basically includes the old town of La Vila. Also included in this aid are all properties in the urban area that are more than 50 years old. 2) Eligible investments will be the following: • Repair or execution of façade coverings on public roads (plastering, linings and facades, etc.). Repair and rehabilitation of perimeter walls of the ARCH environment • Placement or replacement of exterior carpentry on public roads. • Painting of facades and their carpentry elements and bars. • Elimination of inappropriate elements (signs, baseboards, air conditioning units, antennas, apparent installations, etc.). • Plastering, painting, waterproofing and protection of party walls. • Waterproofing of facades, party walls and roofs. • Insulation of facades, party walls and roofs. • Partial or complete demolition of buildings, as long as the project for the execution of a new newly built property or a project for the complete rehabilitation of the existing home is presented, with a commitment to its execution and completion within the following four years, counted from the granting of the license. • Fees for construction projects for new homes for works located and executed on existing lots or resulting from the demolition of existing buildings. The works must be completed within four years following the granting of the license. • Interior adaptation of premises for the opening of new establishments as long as it does not involve first use. • Elimination of architectural barriers, both interior and exterior. • Replacement of bathtub with shower for registered people with functional diversity with a degree of disability greater than 33% or for people over 70 years of age. • Repair of exterior gutters and downspouts that lead to public roads. • Repair or replacement of covers. (**). • Reinforcements of slabs or consolidations of foundations and structures (**). (**) In this case, if the building is older than 50 years, an IEE (Building Evaluation Report) must be provided, which justifies the need for the intervention. • The fees derived from the drafting of projects, construction management and health and safety coordination, and technical reports, if applicable, of the works that must be subsidized will also be eligible, with the maximum limit for this concept of 10% of the cost of the eligible work, according to each project (VAT not included), corresponding to the execution of work actually executed and certified with a maximum of €3,000 or €1,600 depending on whether it is a new plant work or a construction work. rehabilitation. • The writing of the IEE report will also be eligible for a fixed amount of €100. All documents to be subsidized will have to be endorsed/registered by the corresponding official college. 3) Actions initiated within the year of the call may be subject to subsidy. 4) These aids are compatible with any other aid as long as the same object of action is not subsidized. BASE 2. NATURE OF THE SUBSIDY AND LEGAL REGIME The aid will be granted as a capital subsidy and competitive competition regime, and will be subject to what has been established in the ordinance regulating the bases of this call and, additionally, to the following regulations: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (LGS).
