Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. SMEs (self-employed, legal entities and communities of property), from any sector of activity, except those dedicated to the primary production of fishing and aquaculture products and the primary production of agricultural products, that carry out the subsidized activities in an open work center within the geographical scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. Second. Object. The object of this multi-annual call, in accordance with the concession regime provided for in article 22 of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, is to encourage the contracting of innovation and competitiveness services cataloged by the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia. Third. Subsidized services. The subsidized services that will be contracted to external providers to develop them are the following: Code INV-1. Service: Preparation of documentation to achieve an investment round. Room. Regulatory Bases. Order of May 7, 2024 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, approving the regulatory bases for aid from the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia to encourage the contracting of innovation and competitiveness services by regional SMEs, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). (BORM no. 113 of 05/17/2024) Fifth. Financing. The maximum available credit for this multi-annual call for subsidies is ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€150,000), charged to budget item 1611.711E.75002.2024, in accordance with the following estimated distribution: - 2024 Annuity: €75,000 - 2025 Annuity: €75,000 This credit will be financed up to 60% with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), that is, up to ninety thousand euros (€90,000), allocated to the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia in accordance with Commission Decision C (2022) 9040. Sixth. Maximum subsidy amount. €5,000 for the company's first round of investment. €10,000 for the company's second and subsequent investment rounds. Seventh. Application submission deadline. The subsidy application is available in the standardized models provided at the INFO electronic headquarters address https://sede.institutofomentomurcia.es and can be submitted from 9:00 a.m. the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, until December 31, 2024, both inclusive, unless the credit available for this call had previously been exhausted. The standardized models necessary for subsequent justification will also be provided at the aforementioned address of the electronic headquarters of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia.
