Official description of the call

The call for aid for the maintenance and improvement of agricultural activity is approved, with the following scope: 1st. Object, conditions and purpose. The object is the call to grant direct aid for the maintenance and improvement of agricultural activity in the municipality of Alboraya. You can consult the Bases approved by Decree of the Delegate Councilor, published in the BOP and in the electronic headquarters of the city council, URL: https://sede.alboraya.es 2º. Granting procedure. Competitive competition, in application of article 22.1 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 3rd. Expense authorization. Maximum amount: €30,000.00 charged to budget application 301.410.47900 of the approved budget for the year 2024. 4th. Beneficiaries and requirements According to section 6 of the Bases 5. Amount A minimum amount of 300 euros is established for each person benefiting from the subsidy. To this amount, summative provisions will be applied, depending on corrective scales of surface area, vulnerability of the exploitation owner and transition to quality sustainable agriculture practices, or transition scale, up to a maximum of 2,700.00 euros per beneficiary. The amount per person requesting aid is the result of the sum between the individual amount (300.00 euros) and the added amounts (up to a maximum of 2,400.00 euros per beneficiary). 6º. Form of presentation The application according to the model will be submitted, in accordance with section 7 of the Bases, together with the documentation required in sections 7 and 8 of the Bases. 7th. Presentation deadline. The period for submitting applications will begin with the publication of the announcement of the call for the subsidy in the Official Gazette of the Province, and will last 10 business days from the day following this publication. 8th. Competent bodies for the investigation and resolution of the procedure. According to section 11 of the bases. 9th. Resolution and notification period. Maximum resolution period: 1 month Maximum notification period: 10 business days. All publications related to the Call will be made through the electronic headquarters https://sede.alboraya.es 10º. Obligations of the beneficiaries. According to section 13 of the 11th Bases. Compatibility/incompatibility with other subsidies and/or aid. According to section 12 of the Bases. 12th. Justification and payment method. The City Council, on the occasion of approving the granting of the subsidy, will approve the supporting account corresponding to each beneficiary, after verification of the scaling criteria provided for in base 10. And once it has been offset with the amount of the debt, if applicable, the beneficiary has with the City Council, for any other reason. 13th. Disputes regarding these Bases will be resolved by the granting Body. 14th. Causes and procedure for reduction and reimbursement of aid. According to section 14 of the Bases. 15th. Resources. The resolution will put an end to the administrative procedure, and the pertinent legal remedies may be filed. Section 15.3 of the Rules
