Resolution of the General Directorate of Circular Economy and Agenda 2030, which calls for subsidies for the year 2024 for actions to promote, develop and implement the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary entities The municipalities that adhere to the Local Network 2030 of Castilla-La Mancha, as well as those others that have requested their membership, on a date prior to the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, may apply for the calls for these subsidies. Second. Objective To call, under a competitive competition regime, subsidies to municipalities of the Local Network 2030 of Castilla-La Mancha, aimed at promoting, developing and implementing the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals, at the local level. Third. Regulatory bases Order 137/2024, of August 16, of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies aimed at actions for the promotion, development and implementation of the 2030 Agenda and the sustainable development objectives carried out by municipalities adhering to the Local Network 2030 of Castilla-La Mancha Cuarto. Financing The credit allocated to the financing of this call for subsidies amounts to 125,000 euros, attributable to budget item 23.05.0000G/442F/46000 JCCM/0000026173 of the expenditure budget for the 2024 financial year of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, charged to program 442F, within the Objective 000477, implementation of circular economy, mitigation and adaptation to climate change and promotion of Agenda 2030 and Line 001425, Agenda 2030, of the Fifth Strategic Subsidy Plan. Amount of aid. It may be financed by the Department responsible for the 2030 Agenda up to 100% of the total cost of the project, with a limit of €10,000 per beneficiary entity. Each applicant entity may be the beneficiary of a single grant. Sixth. Execution period. The execution period will be 12 months from the day following the publication of the concession resolution in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. Seventh. Deadline and manner of submission of applications Applicant town councils may only submit one application per call. In the case of more than one application being submitted, the Administration will only attend to the last one formally registered, rejecting the rest, unless the interested entity expressly waives the specific request in writing, made before the end of the application submission period. The request will be accompanied by the documentation determined in the fifteenth resolution of the call resolution. Applicant entities will not be required to provide documents that are already in the possession of the regional administration or have been prepared by any other administration. The Administration may consult or collect said documents, unless the procedure expresses the express opposition of the requesting entities or the applicable special law requires their express consent. In the event that the requesting entities oppose the consultation or do not give their express consent in accordance with the applicable special law, the requesting entity will be obliged to provide the relevant documentation. Applications will be submitted within 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this call and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, and will be addressed to the head of the General Directorate of Circular Economy and Agenda 2030. They will be submitted only electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha.
