CALL BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA EULÀRIA DES RIU FOR THE GRANTING OF GRANTS FOR THE RETURN OF YOUNG TALENT WITH SUPPORT FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP FOR THE YEAR 2024

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries and requirements 1.- To access the status of beneficiary, the applicant must in all cases meet the following general requirements: a) Have been registered uninterruptedly for at least the last five years in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, or eight of the last ten years, before leaving the municipality. You must be registered in the municipality of Santa Eularia des Riu at the time of the final resolution of the subsidy. However, this requirement may be corrected during the period of allegations to the provisional resolution of the aid by the applicant and will be verified ex officio by the City Council. b) Have studied and completed a university degree outside the island of Ibiza or on the Island of Ibiza, but in the latter case, the beneficiary must have worked for at least one year outside the Island of Ibiza at the end of the aid application period. c) Be under 35 years of age during the calendar year of the publication of this call. d) Be in possession of or accredit a university degree. e) Be up to date with the fulfillment of obligations with the Santa Eulària des Riu City Council. However, this requirement may be corrected during the period of allegations to the provisional resolution of the aid by paying the debt and will be verified ex officio by this City Council. f) In compliance with article 11 of Law 11/2016, of July 28, on equality between women and men, the public administrations of the Balearic Islands and the organizations and entities dependent on them will deny the granting of subsidies, scholarships or any other type of public aid to applicant companies and entities sanctioned or condemned in the last three years for having exercised or tolerated labor practices considered discriminatory based on sex or gender, sanctioned by resolution. firm administrative or condemned by a firm judicial sentence. g) Any natural person who falls into any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and article 10 of the consolidated text of the Subsidies Law, approved by Legislative Decree 2/2005, of December 28, may not be a beneficiary of this aid. 2.- Aid lines associated with return: Line 1, aimed at qualified young people who return to the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu to work as an employee in a company in this municipality. To be a beneficiary of this line, there are specific requirements: That the applicant is registered and contributing to the National Social Security System as an employee in the company between the period between 06/01/2023 and 11/30/2025, with a minimum of 8 months of employment contract. Be in possession of an employment contract with a professional category related to your regulated university education. Line 2, aimed at qualified young people who return to the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu to work as an employee in a company with a work center in the rest of the municipalities on the Island of Ibiza. To be a beneficiary of this line, there are specific requirements: That the applicant is registered and contributing to the National Social Security System as an employee in the company between the period between 06/01/2023 and 11/30/2025, with a minimum of 8 months of employment contract. Be in possession of an employment contract with a professional category related to your regulated university education. 3.- Aid lines associated with entrepreneurship support: Line 3, aimed at qualified young people who return to the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu to provide added value to the local business fabric through their own business projects. To be a beneficiary of this line, there are specific requirements: That the applicant is registered and contributing to the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers or the mutual benefit of the corresponding professional association, between 06/01/2023 once the entrepreneurial activity has started, and 11/30/2025, counting from the day after receiving the final resolution of the granting of the subsidy.
