BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias and on the institutional website of the Community of Madrid (https://www.comunidad.madrid). 1. Purpose and Regulatory Bases. The purpose of this order is to call for the year 2024, subsidies for carrying out activities in order to promote the improvement of safety and health conditions at work, especially in small companies, through information actions, technical assistance and promotion of compliance with the regulations on prevention of occupational risks, in accordance with the provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, of October 1, 2024 (BOCM of October 3, 2024) which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the performance of occupational risk prevention activities in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, as well as Order TES/864/2023, of July 21, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, for the performance of activities in the scope of occupational risk prevention in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention. 2. Financing. The amount of the budgetary credit available to meet the obligations of economic content derived from the granting, during the year 2024, of the subsidies of this call is 1,160,472.16 euros, budget center 001 Program G/494M, "Work" and Subconcept 48099, "Other non-profit institutions". Project 2024/000035 Fund: 2024/00001. 3. Grant procedure. The procedure for granting subsidies will begin ex officio through the publication of this call, and will be carried out through competitive competition. 4. Eligible period. The eligible period will cover, from the date on which the call is published until October 31, 2025. 5. Recipient of the actions. According to the provisions of article 7 of the regulatory bases, in accordance with the provisions of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, the recipients of the actions will be workers and companies, especially small companies. For the purposes of this call, a small company will be understood as one whose workforce is less than 50 workers at the time of its participation in the action. 6. Beneficiaries of the subsidies, requirements and obligations. 1. Representative business and union organizations in their corresponding sectoral scope, as well as foundations or other entities constituted by them, to achieve any of their purposes, within the Community of Madrid, may be beneficiaries of the subsidy for sectoral actions. 2. Beneficiary entities and organizations must be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding registry. 3. Entities and organizations in which any of the circumstances provided for in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, as well as, for grants of amounts greater than 30,000 euros, those that do not comply with the terms set forth in section 3 bis of the aforementioned article 13 of the Law, may not obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies. 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. The beneficiary will sign, together with the aid application, a responsible declaration in this regard. 4. In any case, the beneficiaries must comply with the following obligations: a) Meet the objective, execute the project, carry out the activity or adopt the behavior that bases the granting of the subsidies, guaranteeing free of charge for the participants. b) Accredit, within the established deadlines, compliance with the requirements and conditions, as well as the performance of the activity and the fulfillment of the purpose that determined the granting or enjoyment of the subsidy. c) Submit to the verification actions to be carried out by the IRSST, as well as any other
