Official description of the call

"First.- Approve the public call, for the year 2025, for subsidies for activities and projects of neighborhood entities that is attached as an annex to this decree. Second.- Approve a deadline for submitting applications of 30 calendar days, starting on the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona (BOPB). Third.- Approve the authorization of the maximum expenditure for an amount of €27,000.00 attributable €21,600.00 to the budget application 502 9240 48200 of the municipal budget for the year 2025 and €5,400.00 to the budget application 502 9240 48200 of the budget for the year 2026, according to the accounting relationship Q-2024-6750. Fourth.- Approve that as it is a multi-year expense, the authorization of the expense is subordinated to the credit authorized by the respective budgets for each year. Fifth.- Through this administrative act, the annexed documents identified below are approved, the secure verification code of which allows the verification of their authenticity and integrity through the electronic headquarters of the Sabadell City Council. ANNEX CALL FOR GRANTING GRANTS OF GRANTS FOR ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS OF NEIGHBORHOOD ENTITIES FOR THE YEAR 2025 In accordance with the Revised Text of the Specific Rules applicable to subsidies for activities and projects of neighborhood entities, initially approved by the City Council in plenary session on March 28, 2019, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of July 15, 2019, a call for applications is opened under a competitive competition regime for the granting of subsidies for activities and projects aimed at promoting and energizing citizen associations in their neighborhood area for the year 2025. 1. OBJECT AND PURPOSE The object of this call is the granting of subsidies for programs and/or specific actions of neighborhood, sociocultural and community interest aimed at promoting, energizing and facilitating the operation and actions of neighborhood associations that take place during the year 2025. The purpose is to subsidize: Festive activities that promote coexistence, territorial cohesion and the promotion of popular and traditional festivals. Innovative sociocultural and ICT activities that promote citizen participation: innovative activities aimed at the entire population or groups with specific needs, to stimulate citizen participation, enhance the interrelation between different sectors of the population, facilitate social integration and energize associative life. Relevant anniversaries of entities that want to promote themselves for some reason of historical or social interest. Only one project per applicant is accepted. Activities that are subsidized in other Sabadell City Council calls are not eligible for subsidy. However, the subsidies will be compatible with any other grants granted by other administrations, public or private entities. Likewise, the amount of these subsidies, together with the income obtained and the own resources allocated to the activity, may not exceed the total cost of the project or activity subject to the subsidy. 2. BUDGET CREDITS I MAXIMUM AMOUNT The amount of the call will be €27,000 attributable: €21,600 to item 502 9240 48200 of the municipal budget for the year 2025 and €5,400.00 to 2026. As this is a file that will affect two budget years, the expense corresponding to both exercises is subordinated to the effective consolidation of the resources that must finance the action. 3.- REQUIREMENTS OF THE BENEFICIARIES The following may be beneficiaries of these bases: The neighborhood associations of Sabadell. Associations or entities that cannot have the status of beneficiaries because they are included in any of the circumstances of article 13 may not apply for subsidies.
