Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. People who meet all the requirements of the call may apply for these aids: 1. Be duly enrolled in official bachelor's and master's degrees taught at the UCLM during the academic year of application (2024/25) and during the course of the stay (2025/26). The participant must be enrolled in both academic courses in the same cycle and area of ​​studies leading to obtaining an official degree. The aforementioned study plans must be taught during the course of the stay. 2. Possess the nationality of one of the countries of the European Union (EU) or of any other state that participates in the Erasmus+ program, or of third countries, in which case you must prove that you are in possession of a valid permit to reside in Spain during the entire period of the mobility. 3. Have completed a minimum of 30 credits of undergraduate degrees before the publication of this call or be enrolled in official master's studies. 4. Have pending enrollment for the course in which the mobility stay takes place, at least 15 credits per semester or 12 for one quarter. This requirement does not apply to graduate programs. 5. Have an average grade in your file equal to or greater than five (5) points according to the data uploaded before the start of the application period. This requirement does not apply to students in graduate programs. 6. If the destination requires language accreditation, it may be accredited up to one day before the end of the application period, specified in base 6.1. of the call. In general, a level B1 or higher must be accredited in the official language in which the subjects taught at the host university are taught, or failing that, in English. 7. The total number of months of stay in any of the modalities of the Erasmus+ program may not exceed, added to the months of the place requested in this call, 12 months per study cycle (degree or master's degree). Erasmus stays carried out while students from other Higher Education institutions also count for these purposes. In the cases of degree studies that give access to doctoral studies (architecture, pharmacy and medicine), the maximum duration of Erasmus mobility will be 24 months. 8. Apart from the general requirements, applicants must meet the specific requirements for each place, both at the time of making the application and during the course of the stay, in accordance with the conditions regarding center, cycle, specialty, course and others indicated as observations in each of the destinations (see Annex II: “List of eligible destinations”). Second. Object. Financial aid is provided so that undergraduate and master's students can carry out a period of curricular internships for any of the official undergraduate and master's degrees taught at the UCLM during the 2025/26 academic year at a foreign university, guaranteeing the recognition of these internships, in the terms provided for in the university's international mobility regulations. This type of Erasmus curricular internship stay has a minimum duration of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months and will be carried out during the 2025/26 academic year. The list of eligible destinations can be consulted in Annex II of the call. Candidates will only have access to the destinations that correspond to them according to their area of ​​study and accredited language level. The number of places provided will depend on the available budget and the allocation of those will be carried out by preparing a list with all the selected candidates, in which they will be assigned an order number according to the total score obtained in the ranking in accordance with Annex I “Application Procedure” of the call, and the phase in which it has been assigned, with phase 1 taking priority over the following ones. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call, as well as the regulations of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) and the provisions that the competent authorities approve in their development. In the case of the Erasmus+ program, the specific regulations approved for this purpose and the international mobility regulations will also apply.
