Official description of the call
BDNS (ID): 797034 First. Beneficiaries: 1. Public or private non-profit legal entities, defined in articles 28.1 and 29.2 of the Law of Cantabria 4/2007, of April 4, on International Cooperation for the Development of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, that meet the requirements set out in article 2 of the regulatory bases may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. 2. Groups of legally constituted natural or legal persons, public or private, who, due to the purposes, object or scope of the activity, can carry out the actions that motivate the granting of the subsidy, and who meet the requirements established for the subsidy line of this call, may also participate in the call. The members of the group must meet the requirements indicated in the previous section. Second. Purpose: 1. The resolution aims to call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the implementation of Interventions for the promotion, defense of the rights and empowerment of women in developing countries from any of the following typologies: A) Promotion and Defense of the Rights of women and that contribute to eradicating violence against women and their discrimination in both public and private spaces. B) Promote access to resources and opportunities, equitable participation and empowerment in all areas: political, social and economic. Third. Regulatory bases: The call resolution is governed by the provisions of Order ECD/92/2018, of July 31, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for carrying out interventions for the promotion, defense of the rights and empowerment of women in developing countries (BOC No. 156 of August 9). Room. Amount: 1. The maximum global amount of this call is set at TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND EUROS (€255,000.00), leaving the obligations derived from the expenditure commitment subject to the condition precedent of existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the year 2025. 2. The subsidies will be granted within the limits of the maximum credit provided for in this call according to the order of priority established by virtue of the score obtained. 3. The individualized amount of the subsidy may not exceed 90% of the total cost of the intervention, nor the amount of €45,000.00, given that the maximum total cost of the eligible intervention will be €50,000.00 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: It will be 20 business days, counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. Sixth. Documentation: The application and the ANNEXES of the call can be obtained on the Institutional Portal of the Government of Cantabria, https://www.cantabria.es/web/atencion-a-la-ciudadania/ayudas-y-subvenciones, in the BDNS and will be accompanied by the documentation indicated in section 3 of article 6 of the Call Resolution.
