AND CALL FOR COMPETITIVE SUBSIDIES DIRECTED TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT WORK ON THE TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION OF ADDICTIONS IN PEOPLE OF THE MUNICIPALITY DURING THE YEAR 2024

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). By mayoral resolution of November 29, 2024, the call and specific bases for the aforementioned call have been approved, with the following specifications: FIRST. OBJECT: The purpose of this call is to establish the bases that must govern the granting of subsidies charged to the budget application 2310 489.19 endowed with €15,000, planned for Fiscal Year 2024 in the Municipal Budget, to finance projects that aim at assistance, rehabilitation and social reintegration, as well as support for the family environment of the drug-dependent population of the municipality during the year. 2024. This subsidy is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2024 of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, within strategic line number 1 “Social Cohesion”, whose objective covers actions aimed at the rehabilitation and treatment of drug addicts in the municipality. Legal framework: • Ordinance that regulates the General Subsidy Regime of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council (BOP No. 159 of August 21, 2017). • Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. • Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2024 of the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, within strategic line number 1 “Rights and Freedoms”, whose objective is, among others, the promotion of health and prevention of diseases, through the promotion and promotion of healthy habits and reduction of risk factors for citizens. SECOND. AMOUNT AND BUDGET ITEM For the financing of this call, there is a maximum budget of fifteen thousand euros (€15,000 €) in total. Subsidies will be awarded, within the available credit, to those projects that have obtained the highest rating in application of the criteria described in article 7 of this call. However, if the quality of any or all of the projects presented is not adequate or does not comply with the lines of action described in this call, part or all of the budget credit may be void. The credit to satisfy the amount of these subsidies is available in budget application 2310 489.19, of the Department of Health Promotion, for an amount of €15,000. THIRD. BENEFICIARIES/REQUIREMENTS: Non-profit organizations, legally constituted and with their own legal personality, may request and be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these bases, prior to the date of approval of the corresponding calls, that can develop or carry out actions in the field of promoting equal rights of people with functional diversity, provided that they meet the following requirements: • The activity to be subsidized must have as final recipients people with functional diversity. drug addictions of Azuqueca de Henares and their respective families. • Be up to date, if you have previously received subsidies from the Azuqueca de Henares City Council, in compliance with the obligations contracted by such concession, as well as in the reimbursement of subsidies, if applicable. • Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations. • Be up to date with the payment of tax obligations, or any other type, with the Azuqueca de Henares City Council. • Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, as provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. FOURTH. PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS A. PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION This call will be published in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), as well as an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara. Likewise, it will be published on the Azuqueca de Henares City Council website www.azuqueca.es The deadline for submitting applications, as well as the documentation that must accompany it, is 15 business days from the day after the publication of the extract of this call in
