Resolution of 12/12/2024 of the Director of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia, by delegation, approving the second call for 2024 of the aid program for the commercial and economic reactivation of the Historic Center of Lorca.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Companies, natural persons (self-employed) and legal entities, regardless of their size, that carry out an activity domiciled in the area of ​​the Master Plan for the recovery of the historic complex of Lorca (Annex II of the Order published in BORM no. 101 of 4/5/23) and included among the Economic Activities described (Annex III of the Order published in BORM no. 101 of 4/5/23). By complying with the conditions of the previous paragraph, communities of property may access the status of beneficiaries even if they lack legal personality, provided that it is expressly stated both in the application and in the granting resolution, as well as the amount of subsidy to be applied by each of them. In any case, a sole representative or attorney-in-fact must be appointed, with sufficient powers to fulfill the obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to the community of property. The community of property may not be dissolved until the legal limitation period for demanding reimbursement has elapsed, as well as for determining infractions and imposing sanctions. Second. Object. The object of this call, in accordance with the competitive competition regime provided for in Chapter I, Title I of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, is to call for aid aimed at the commercial and economic reactivation of the Historic Center of Lorca. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order of May 1, 2023 of the Department of Business, Social Economy and the Self-Employed approving the regulatory bases of the aid program aimed at the commercial and economic reactivation of the Historic Center of Lorca. BORM No. 101 of May 4, 2023, modified by order of December 19, 2023 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, published in BORM No. 294 dated December 22, 2023. Fourth. Financing. The maximum available credit for this call is TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€200,000), charged to budget item 2024.1613.713A.78106. This credit will be financed 100% from the Budgets of the Development Institute of the 2024 annuity. Fifth. Amount and intensity of the subsidy. Non-refundable subsidy with an intensity of 70% of eligible costs, and a maximum amount per beneficiary of €30,000. Sixth. Eligible costs. The following costs are considered eligible: - Business premises conditioning works, including design work and technical projects. - Technical installations: Sanitation, electrical, air conditioning and security. - New furniture. - New capital goods (computer equipment and applications are excluded) The project must have a minimum eligible investment of 10,000 euros and must not be completed before submitting the application. Seventh. Completion period of approved investment projects. The period for carrying out the approved investment projects will begin from January 1, 2024 until 1 year from the notification of the Aid Grant Resolution. This period may be extended by up to half of it in those cases in which the beneficiary sufficiently proves causes not attributable to him, for which the completion of the investment project has been delayed, which in any case must be executed by at least 25%. Eighth. Presentation and deadline. The grant application is available in the standardized forms provided at the address: www.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto and can be submitted from 9 a.m. the day after the publication of the extract of this call and up to a maximum period of two months from the date of publication of the extract of the call.
