RULES THAT REGULATE THE CALL AND GRANT OF AID FOR THE ACQUISITION OF TEXTBOOKS, SCHOOL MATERIALS AND COMPUTER EQUIPMENT INTENDED FOR THE STUDY FOR THE 2024/2025 COURSE

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Family units that meet each and every one of the following requirements will be beneficiaries of the aid: 1. The applicant must be a resident and registered in the municipality of Marratxí for a minimum of three months prior to the end of the application submission period. 2. Students must be enrolled in a public or subsidized early childhood, primary, secondary, high school or vocational training center in the Balearic Islands. 3. The applicant must not be subject to any public procedure for the reimbursement of subsidies or aid in which a resolution has been issued agreeing to the reimbursement of the subsidy or aid. 4. The applicant must not be subject to any cause of prohibition contemplated in article 13 of the Subsidies Law. 5. The applicant must be up to date with payments in compliance with state, regional and municipal tax obligations, as well as be up to date with Social Security payments. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to grant aid for the acquisition of textbooks (or substitute/complementary material such as software cards and educational hardware), school supplies and computer infrastructure for students in early childhood, primary, secondary, high school, and vocational training, for the 2024-25 school year. It is aimed at students from public, subsidized schools in the Balearic Islands. The purpose of the aid is to provide financial support for the expense of acquiring the necessary infrastructure for the proper development of the 2024/25 school year to families in the municipality of Marratxí, especially families with a precarious economic situation. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Marratxí City Council. Room. Amount. The aid will be financed from the Municipal Budget for this year, up to a maximum amount of €22,000, charged to the specific aid item 231.01.48900. The amount of the maximum aid is as follows: - Aid for those enrolled in early childhood education: €120. - Aid for those enrolled in the 1st year of primary education: €120 - Aid for those enrolled in the 2nd year of primary education: €120 - Aid for those enrolled in the 3rd year of primary education: €140 - Aid for those enrolled in the 4th year of primary education: €160 - Aid for those enrolled in the 5th year of primary education: €160 - Aid for those enrolled in the 6th year of primary education: €160 - Aid for those enrolled in the 1st year of compulsory secondary education: €215 - Aid for those enrolled in the 2nd year of compulsory secondary education: €215 - Aid for those enrolled in the 3rd year of compulsory secondary education: €240 - Aid for those enrolled in the 4th year of compulsory secondary education: €240 - Aid for those enrolled in Baccalaureate: €240 - Aid for those enrolled in vocational training: €240 Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the date of publication of these Terms and Conditions on the Marratxí City Council website.
