Resolution of 12/17/2024 of the Director of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia, by delegation, calling for aid to encourage the contracting of support services in the fields of Defense, Security and Reconstruction and Development.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Companies, natural persons (self-employed) and legal entities and communities of property, regardless of their size, that carry out subsidized activities within the geographical scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through an open work center in the Region of Murcia in which the eligible activities are carried out, which belong to the sectors of activity included in the list of CNAEs eligible for Annex I of the Regulatory Order. Second. Object. The object of this call, in accordance with the competitive competition regime provided for in Chapter I of Title I of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, is to encourage the contracting of support services in the fields of Defense, Security and Reconstruction and Development, by regional companies. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order of December 19, 2023 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, approving the regulatory bases of the Aid of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia to encourage the contracting of support services in the fields of defense, security and reconstruction and development, by Regional Companies, published in BORM No. 295 of 12/23/2023. Room. Amount. The maximum available credit for this call is ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND EUROS (€150,000), charged to budget item 2024.08.781A.78106. This credit will be financed 100% from the Budgets of the Development Institute of the 2024 annuity. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The subsidy application is available in the standardized forms provided at the INFO electronic headquarters address https://sede.institutofomentomurcia.es and can be submitted from 9:00 a.m. the day following the publication of the extract of this call and until 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2025. The standard forms necessary for subsequent justification will also be provided at the INFO electronic headquarters address. Sixth. Other data. The services that may be subsidized, and that will be contracted to external suppliers to develop them, are those provided for in this section, which also includes the maximum subsidized amount for each of them. Its characteristics and particular requirements can be consulted in the Services Catalog available at the INFO Electronic Headquarters https://sede.institutofomentomurcia.es. In any case, the intensity of the subsidy will be at a fixed rate of 85% of the eligible costs, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulatory Order, for the maximum amounts specified in each of the following services: Code CS001 Service: First registration in the Companies Registry of the General Directorate of Armaments and Materials (DGAM) of the Ministry of Defense. Maximum subsidy amount: €2,500 Code CS002 Service: Implementation of a Quality Management System under the PECAL/AQAP Standard, ISO 9100 and associated standards. Maximum subsidy amount: €9,000. Code CS003 Service: Homologation of systems and products. Maximum subsidy amount: €6,000, which can reach €30,000. Code CS004 Service: Obtaining Security Clearances. Maximum subsidy amount: €6,000 for HSEM qualification; and €20,000 for the HSES. Code CS005 Service: Tenders related to projects or supplies from NATO, the European Defense Agency or other organizations. Maximum subsidy amount: €20,000 Code CS006 Service: Submission to a call for aid for cooperative R&D&I projects, published by a national or international organization, in which the applicant participates as a partner or leader of the project consortium. Maximum subsidy amount: €12,000 (as project coordinator) and €7,000 (as partner)
