Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries will be considered to be natural persons or family units that meet the requirements established in the call and in Law 28/2003, general on Subsidies. Second.- Purpose and object of the aid. The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure and requirements for the direct granting of urgent aid to individuals residing in the municipality of Albal and who have suffered damage to their habitual residence, furniture, belongings, appliances, vehicles necessary for work or the loss of source of income caused by the floods that occurred on October 29 as a consequence of the rain and wind storm caused by the DANA that began in the Valencian Community on October 29, 2024, in compliance with the obligation acquired by the Albal City Council by accepting the conditional donation in the amount of 4,000,000 euros, made by the Amancio Ortega Foundation for this precise need. The amount of the aid will be used to alleviate the damages, losses or decreases in income and material assets suffered as a consequence of the DANA.
