Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Non-profit associations, foundations, entities and institutions whose main objective is to care for victims of terrorism or the development of activities in tribute to victims of terrorism, in addition to universities and other institutions that develop activities in favor of said group. Second.- Object. Call for subsidies through competitive competition for the implementation, in the period between December 1, 2024 and November 30, 2025, of:- Projects on memory and justice: Refers, among others, to tributes, conferences, publications and studies related to the victims, vindication, acts of social awareness, recognition and remembrance of the victims of terrorism in Spain.- Projects on legal advice: Refers to presence in trials and cases against terrorism, legal assistance and legal support for victims of terrorism and their families in matters related to their status as victims.- Projects on support: Refers to social and assistance activity in favor of victims and their families, such as those aimed at promoting recovery therapies, camps and activities with children, meetings of victims for therapeutic or psychological purposes, workshops and therapy groups, job guidance and training, and medical assistance, among others. Projects that consist exclusively of tourist or leisure trips will not be financed. Each entity may present a maximum of two projects in its application for collaborative aid. Third.- Regulatory bases.Order INT/1959/2016, of December 15, which authorizes the Victims of Terrorism Foundation to grant subsidies and approves the regulatory bases for collaborative aid. Fourth.- Amount. The total amount planned for collaborative aid under this Call may not exceed the limit of €348,000.00 charged to the FVT Budget for the year 2025. The maximum amount to be granted as collaborative aid to each entity will be €52,200.00, the amount resulting from applying the percentage of 15% to the total amount of €348,000.00. Fifth.- Deadline for submission of applications. Requests for collaborative aid will be addressed to the FVT within a maximum period of one month from the day following the publication of the Extract of the Call in the Official State Gazette. Sixth.- Other information.
