Official description of the call

I JUSTIFICATION OF THE CALL. This call is governed by the “Municipal Ordinance regulating individualized economic benefits in the area of ​​social services of the City Council of Silla”, initially approved in the Plenary Session on December 23, 2023 and its full text published in the B.O.P. no. 59, dated March 25, 2024, as well as the provisions of Law 38/2003, of December 17, General Subsidies. II. PURPOSE OF THE CALL 1. It is the purpose of this call to call, for the financial year 2025, the request and granting of the individualized economic benefits of Social Services to be granted by the City Council of Silla. 2. The different benefits and aid included in this call may be requested only once in the annual financial year and by concept. 3.The following individualized economic benefits are called: a) Social emergency aid. b) Aid for the personal development of elderly people. c) “Consum” basic purchase card aid. d) Aid for energy poverty (basic supplies) e) Aid for mortuary health police practices. Social funeral service. III.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this aid: 1. That the applicant resides in the municipality of Silla and is registered in the Register of Inhabitants during the six months prior to the aid application. 2. Accreditation of the situation of vulnerability in accordance with the scales provided for this purpose, established in Annex I. 3. Special situations will be assessed by the Primary Care Team, which may exempt from one or some requirements, when the socio-family situation requires it. 4. These aids will be directly granted when any of the following situations are proven: a) Being sons or daughters of victims of gender violence. b) Be victims of trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation c) Be victims of sexual violence d) Be people evicted from their habitual residence e) Be homeless 5. People who are not included in the previous situations but are vulnerable, may request help that may be granted directly as long as they exceed the scale established in this call and there is a favorable report in this regard. The number of aid will be subject to the existing budget credit. 6. These requirements must be met on the date of the application for the corresponding aid. IV. MAXIMUM TOTAL AMOUNT OF SUBSIDIES AND BUDGET APPLICATION The maximum credit available for the granting of aid will be allocated to the following budget applications and for the concepts detailed: AMOUNT 480-2311 Individual aid and charitable services. Social emergency €50,000 483-2311 Energy poverty. Social emergency €25,000 485-2311 Food aid for people at risk of exclusion. Social emergency €80,000 486-2311 Mortuary police aid. Burials. Social Emergency €3,000 V. INDIVIDUAL AMOUNT OF FINANCIAL AID 1. Each applicant may receive the aid corresponding to each of the programs of which he or she is a beneficiary. 2.In the same home, only one aid per concept may exist simultaneously, unless the existence of more than one family unit is proven. 3. Regarding the amount, up to 100% of the amount of the service or activity may be granted, with the overall limit being the existing budget availability in the application described in the previous section. VI.
