Official description of the call
This extract corresponds to the same text of the extracts of the call published with the BDNS codes 805880 and 805897. First. Beneficiaries Companies, self-employed persons, labor or cooperative societies, communities of property, civil societies and non-profit entities may be beneficiaries that carry out indefinite-term contracts and conversions of indefinite contracts from part-time to full-time, with the conditions established in Decree 37/2024, of July 9. Second. Purpose and eligible actions. The purpose of this resolution is to approve and carry out for the financial year 2025 the call for the direct granting of subsidies aimed at promoting indefinite employment contracts and the conversion of indefinite contracts from part-time to full-time. The eligible actions are established in article 12 of Decree 37/2024, of July 9 and will be those carried out from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025, both included. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for these subsidies are established in Decree 37/2024, of July 9. Room. Financing and amount of subsidies. The credit available to meet the economic obligations derived from this resolution amounts to 3,500,000 euros. The European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) co-finances the subsidies called for in this resolution. The amount of aid is established in article 13 of Decree 37/2024, of July 9. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha of this resolution and its extract, and will end on November 30, 2025. Within that period, for line 1, it must be submitted within a maximum period of one month from the start date of the contract, and for line 2, within a maximum period of one month from the modification of the day. However, as provided in the previous section, when the action subject to subsidy occurs in the period from November 1, 2024 and the day of publication in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha of this resolution, the deadline for submitting applications for both lines will be one month from the day following that of the aforementioned publication. Sixth. Other data. The applications will be addressed to the person in charge of the general directorate responsible for employment and will be presented electronically with an electronic signature, in standardized models through the forms included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm. es), by formalizing Annex I for line 1, and Annex II for line 2, which will be accompanied, for both lines, Annex III.
