FILE Nº: 2720/2024 EXTRACT OF THE REGULATORY BASES AND CALL XII URBAN CAREER “LA FUNDACIONAL” DE VILLAMARTÍN 2025. In accordance with the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Object and purpose. The purpose of these rules and public call is to offer any interested person participation in the XII Urban Race “La Fundacional” of Villamartín 2025, which aims to: promote sport as a healthy habit; promote citizen participation in sports activities; and recognize athletics as an integrative sport whose practice is not limited by the ability, sex or origin of the person, developing attitudes of respect and positive evaluation. Second. Beneficiaries. Those who wish, both professionals and amateurs, whether national or foreign, may participate. Participants must not be subject to any of the circumstances included in art. 13.2 and point 3 of law 38/2003 on subsidies, for which they must present a responsible declaration. Third. Regulatory Bases. The full text can be consulted in the Edict Tabón and in the Transparency Portal of the electronic headquarters of the City Council at the following address: https://villamartin.sedelectronica.es/info.3 Cuarta. Awards. For the Children's categories, each of the 225 participants will be given a runner's kit valued at a total of €1,800, as well as medals for all valued at a total of €390. For the rest of the categories, the 225 participants will receive a runner's kit valued at a total of €3,100. In the general category, the first three finishers will receive prizes valued at a total of €650. The other runners who are not among the first three classifieds will be able to obtain the following prizes: Depending on their year of birth, the first three classifieds in each category will receive prizes valued at a total of €700. From among the participants registered in Villamartín, the three runners in the male category and in the female category, who have reached the finish line first, will receive prizes valued at a total of €250. The oldest runner will receive a cheese and a medal valued at a total of €50. Prizes are not cumulative. Local participants who obtain a prize in the category classification and in the local classification will be able to choose which of the two they receive. Fifth. Registration Requests. Registrations may be submitted in any of the ways mentioned in article 16 of Law 39/2015 addressed or with indication of referral to the Villamartín City Council. Likewise, online registration can be done through the website www.dorsalchip.com paying by credit card. Information telephone numbers: 956730011 ext. 253 / 618507525. Registration on paper can be done by delivering the completed Annex I or Annex II form along with proof of payment to the Indoor Pool. Payment by bank transfer will be made to account number: ES07 0182 4274 2102 0162 9621 with the concept “Career Villamartín Registration”. The corresponding attached application form must be provided along with proof of registration payment. The registration prices are €5 plus €7 for the runner's kit and food for the general category (2008 and earlier) and €1 plus €2 for the runner's kit and food for the children's categories (born between 2009 and 2024). A maximum of 225 registrations will be enabled for the general category and a maximum of 225 registrations for the children's categories. The registration period begins the day after the publication in the BOP of this Extract, and will end on Thursday, February 6 at 10:00 p.m. or whenever the number of registrations is exhausted. Sixth. Jury. The jury will be appointed by the Excma. Madam Mayor and will be made up of three people. The honorary presidency will be held by the delegate councilor of the Sports Area or the person to whom he delegates and there will be a Secretary, with voice but without vote.
