Call for the granting of subsidies for the promotion of sport in the form of promotion of federated women's sport, for the year 2025.

Official description of the call

First: Beneficiaries - Sports clubs and sports entities and associations. - The sports federations and the arbitration colleges or respective delegations based in the municipality of Sabadell. - Sports foundations. - The Primary and Secondary Education Centers of the city. - Associations of mothers and fathers of students. - The legally constituted school sports associations of Sabadell. - Other civic entities and non-profit entities that promote the practice of sports and physical activity. Applicants must meet the following requirements on the date of applying for the subsidy: - In the case of sports entities, be registered in the Registry of sports entities of the Generalitat of Catalonia. - Have headquarters in Sabadell - Be registered in the Registry of entities of the Sabadell City Council Second: Purpose. The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies on a competitive basis for sports promotion activities in the form of promotion of federated women's sports. In this modality, federated competition projects and activities of a team or group of athletes (in the case of individual sports) of the entity in which the participants are at least 50% female can be subsidized. The general activity of the entire entity will not be subject to subsidy. In accordance with the specific regulatory bases, and for the purposes of these subsidies, the activities provided for in the previous sections that are carried out between January 1 and December 31, 2025 will be taken into consideration. The invoices will have to correspond to the expenses of the indicated period. Third: Regulatory bases This call will be regulated by the specific regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for sports activities, approved by the Sabadell City Council, in a plenary session on February 28, 2019, published in the BOPB on March 14, 2019. Fourth: Amount The endowment for this call will be up to €30,000.00. Fifth: Deadline for submission of applications Applications will be submitted within fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of Barcelona. The execution period for the activities will be from January 1 to December 31, 2025. Sixth: Other information To process the applications, it will be mandatory to provide the documentation provided for in the call and in the approved bases. They will also have to declare that they have negative certification from the Central Registry of sexual offenders (or the Central Registry) proving that the people who perform functions in habitual contact with minors have not been convicted in a final sentence for any crime against sexual freedom and indemnity, which includes sexual assault and abuse, sexual harassment, exhibitionism and sexual provocation, prostitution and sexual exploitation and corruption of minors, as well as human trafficking. If the subsidy awarded exceeds €10,000, in the specified call they must communicate to the Sabadell City Council the information regarding the gross and joint remuneration of the management or administrative bodies of the beneficiary entity, for the purposes of its publication on the City Council's Transparency Portal. In any case, private beneficiaries will have to inform the City Council if during the period of one year they have received other public aid or subsidies for an amount greater than €100,000, or 40% of the entity's total income, if these reach €5,000. The publication of the concession resolution will be carried out in the Official Gazette of the province of Barcelona, ​​with the effects of notification to the interested parties provided for in article 45.1.b) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of public administrations.
