Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries Permanent groups of merchants, non-profit and with their own legal personality and full capacity, legally constituted under any legal form, whose scope of action is developed in the Autonomous Community of Galicia and develop projects to stimulate and encourage consumption of interest and significance in open shopping centers. Second. Object The revitalization of open shopping centers in Galicia. Third. Regulatory bases They are published jointly in the call. Room. Amount A credit of 2,500,000.00 euros is allocated financed from budget applications 14.06.751A.481.01 for an amount of 1,000,000.00 euros and 14.06.751A.781.1 for an amount of 1,500,000.00 euros, from the general budgets of the Community Autonomous Region of Galicia by the year 2025. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month starting on the eighth day following the publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
